| Objective: to investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of zuodan xiaoyao powder in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease of liver and stomach with anxiety and depression.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random control after signing the informed consent,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine zuodan xiaoyao powder orally,and the control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule + shugan jieyu capsule orally,each treatment lasted 8 weeks.Treatment after data collection,sorting,analysis,observation and evaluation of patients with two groups of Gerd Q Scale scores and grade of syndromes quantitative table score,14 Hamilton Anxiety Scale(Hamilton Anxiety Scale-14,HAMA-14)integral,17 Hamilton Depression rating Scale(Hamilton ’Scale-17,HAMD-17)integral and safety indicators in the change of the before and after treatment,using SPSS23.0 data processing,evaluate the clinical curative effect and drug safety.Results: 1.After 8 weeks treatment,the observation group and control group C symptoms,Gerd Q scale total score,heartburn,irritability,dry mouth,mouth pain,constipation symptoms,TCM syndrome classification,quantitative table and total integral HAMA-14 scale scores were statistically significant differences(P < 0.01),two side bloated with symptoms statistical differences(P < 0.05),and the observation group curative effect is more outstanding.2.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in symptom A,acid regurgitation,hubbub,belching,hunger,pharyngeal discomfort and score of hamd-17 scale(P>0.05),indicating that the drugs in the two groups had similar effect on the improvement of the above symptoms and depression.3.The comprehensive effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group after treatment was 93.33%,while that in the control group was 82.76%.The observation group was superior to the control group(P < 0.01).4.No obvious adverse reactions and toxic and side effects were found in the two groups during and after treatment.Conclusion: Chinese medicine Zuo Dan xiaoyao powder in improving liver stomach wind-cold type non erosive reflux disease associated with anxiety and depression in patients with heartburn,irritability,dry mouth,mouth pain,constipation,two side bloated with symptoms and quality of life and state anxiety of curative effect is better than that of rabeprazole enteric capsules combined liver resolve depression capsule treatment,and drug safety,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
