| Purpose:This study evaluates the changes of reflux,heartburn VAS score,secondary symptom score,TCM syndrome syndrome score,GERD-HRQL scale integral,and chronic gastrointestinal disease Pro scale integral before and after treatment of non-erosive gastrogressive gastro-oesophageal reflux disease patients with liver and gastric disharma reflux disease.The effectiveness and safety of reverse gastric prescription in the treatment of liver and gastric discord and non-erosive gastro-oesophageal reflux disease,forming a new prescription for the treatment of NERD liver and stomach discord,in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods for clinical practice.Material and method:From September 2021 to November 2022,the patients who were treated in the Spleen and Stomach Diagnosis and Treatment Centre of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.The TCM syndrome type was liver and stomach discord,with a total of 60 cases.Using a randomized,controlled and double-blind clinical study design,the experimental group and the control group were randomly coded according to the ratio of 2:1,and divided into 40 cases in the experimental group and 20 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with liver relieving and stomach prescription(Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical)twice a day,one bag at a time,0.5h after breakfast and dinner,with 150 ml of water.The control group was given a placebo containing 5% of the original drug(Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical),twice a day,one bag at a time,0.5h after breakfast and dinner,and took it with 150 ml of water.The two groups had a total of 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up.Observe the integral changes,recurrence and safety of the two groups before and after treatment,and evaluate the treatment effect of the control group and the treatment group.Results:1.Comparison of total efficiency: the total efficiency of the treatment group is 80%,and the total efficiency of the control group is 25%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Symptom score comparison: The scores of reflux,heartburn VAS and secondary symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe has statistical significance in treating non-cardiogenic chest pain,burning sensation in upper abdomen,belching and foreign body sensation in pharynx(P<0.05);in the treatment of epigastric pain,cough and asthma,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: The total points of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment decreased significantly compared with the previous one,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups,showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of GERD-HRQL scale integral points: After treatment,the scores of GERD-HRQL in the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,Shugan Jiangni Hewei Formula is superior to the control group in improving the health-related quality of life of gastroesophageal reflux disease(P<0.05).5.Chronic gastrointestinal disease Pro scale score: Compared in the group,the score of the chronic gastrointestinal disease Pro scale score of the two groups was lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The points of chronic gastrointestinal diseases in the treatment group were 32.150±6.600,and the points of the control group were41.450±12.890,compared between groups,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving gastrointestinal related diseases in patients(P<0.05).6.Recurrence after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal:The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.1%,while that of the control group was 40%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).7.Safety evaluation: There were no abnormalities in vital signs,routine blood,urine and stool,biochemical and electrocardiogram of 60 patients during and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe is superior to the control group in improving reflux and heartburn symptoms.It has a therapeutic effect on the treatment of non-cardiogenic chest pain,burning sensation,belching,and foreign body sensation in the pharynx in the upper abdomen.In terms of TCM syndrome syndrome points,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Relieving the liver and reducing the stomach also has a certain curative effect in improving the quality of life of patients and chronic gastrointestinal diseases.3.In the clinical trial of Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe in treating NERD’s syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach,the recurrence rate is low,and no adverse reactions have occurred. |
