Professor Bai Guang's Medication Rules And Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Liver-stomach Disharmony Type NERD Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0)to analyze the medication rule of Professor Bai Guang in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony between liver and stomach,summarize the clinical medication experience and academic ideas,and explore new prescriptions.A clinical study was carried out on the new prescription-Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe to observe its clinical effect and its effect on anxiety and depression.Material and method : 1.The treatment prescriptions of patients who met the diagnostic criteria of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease in the outpatient clinic of Professor Bai Guang,Department of spleen and stomach,affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to May 2021 were collected,the database was established and the data were standardized.The frequency and attributes of traditional Chinese medicine were statistically analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0).Carry on the association rule analysis to the high frequency medication to obtain the common traditional Chinese medicine combination,carry on the cluster analysis to obtain the core prescription.2.60 NERD patients with liver-stomach disharmony were collected.40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe and 20 patients in the control group were treated with placebo containing 5% original medicine.The main symptom scores,clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression scores and the expression of serum NGF and PLC-γ in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.A total of 100 cases of NERD with disharmony between liver and stomach were included,involving 111 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with a total frequency of 1239.High-frequency drugs included tangerine peel,Fructus Aurantii,Pinellia ternata,fried Atractylodes macrocephala and Radix Paeoniae Alba,etc.The four qi attributes of the drugs were mostly warm and cold,while the five flavors were mainly bitter and pungent,which mainly belonged to the spleen,lung,stomach and liver meridians.Commonly used drug combinations include tangerine peel Fructus Aurantii,tangerine peel-Pinellia ternata,Fructus Rehmanniae-ochre,etc.;New prescription combination: core combination 1: tangerine peel,white peony,bran fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Fructus Aurantii,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fritillaria thunbergii;core combination 2: tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,Fructus Aurantii,Fructus Aurantii,Angelica sinensis;Core combination 3: Coptis chinensis,Pinellia ternata,Fructus Aurantii,Angelica sinensis.Core combination 4: tangerine peel,Fructus Aurantii,perilla stem,Coix seed,Amomum villosum,Bupleurum;core combination 5: tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,Fructus Aurantii,Fructus Aurantii,ochre,white peony.2.The VAS scores of reflux and heartburn in the treatment group and the placebo group decreased after treatment,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,while that of the control group was 55%.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups decreased,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the expression levels of serum NGF and PLC-γ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion :1.Data mining: through data mining,Professor Bai Guang attaches importance to soothing the liver and reducing adverse events and stomach in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony between liver and stomach.In the choice of medicine,we should use more drugs for regulating qi and tonifying deficiency,and more traditional Chinese medicine for pungent temperature and bitter drop.In the aspect of meridian tropism,the spleen meridian is the most,followed by the lung and stomach meridian.The core group is composed of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Xuanfu Daidai decoction.two。.Clinical observation: Shugan Jiangni Hewei recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of non-erosive reflux disease of disharmony between liver and stomach,and the prescription is reasonable and safe,with no adverse reactions;it can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and reduce the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF) and phosphatase C-γ(PLC-γ).The long-term effect is better.
