Clinical Observation Of Yinhuaxiaocuo Decoction Combined With Air Pressure Washing Technology On Acne

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yinhua Xiaocuo decoc tion combined with air pressure washing technology in the treatment o f acne.Methods:65 cases of acne with damp heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.33 cases in the treatment group were given Yinhua Xiaocuo decoction combined with air pressure washing technology and fusidic acid cream for external use;32 cases in thecontrol group were given tanshinone capsule and fusidic acid cream for external use.one week as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.At the end of the treatment,the changes of facial skin lesions and systemic symptoms were evaluated.After statistical analysis,the more obvious rate and total effective rate were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:(1)after treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.After statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)(2)After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were 93.93% and 72.72% respectively;the total effective rate and the effective rate of the control group were 78.12%and 46.87% respectively.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:according to the observation of the research results,we know that Yinhua Xiaocuo decoction combined with air pressure washing technology is effective and safe in the treatment of acne.
