Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Stagnation Of Liver-gastric Heat Based On The Theory Of Rise And Fall Of Qi Movement

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiangnipingliu soup on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),to explore and analyze the curative effect advantage of Jiangnipingliu soup on liver and stomach stagnation heat type GERD.To provide a new method and train of thought for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure liver and stomach stagnation heat type GERD.Method From May 2019 to September 2020 Wuhan Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.Department of Digestive Medicine outpatient and inpatients in accordance with the GERD diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation for liver-gastric stagnation heat syndrome of 60 patients.They were randomly divided into two groups.Through statistical analysis,the sex,age size,duration of disease,distribution of gastroscopy results,gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(Gerd Q)score,main symptom score,secondary symptom score were comparable between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).One group to give Jiangnipingliu soup,1 dose daily,2 times a day,each 200 ml,eat it after heating after breakfast,dinner,half hour.Another group with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules,1 times a day for 40 mg,half an hour before breakfast.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.During the test,ask two groups of patients to quit smoking and alcohol,avoid eating chocolate,sweet food and other acid-producing foods,sleeping can raise the head slightly to reduce acid reflux,keeping the routine and exercising properly,prohibit the use of drugs that affect the efficacy of this study.After a course of treatment,judge the effect after treatment.Observing the changes of major symptom score,secondary symptom score and Gerd Q scale score and after treatment,and whether there were statistical differences in intra-group and inter-group comparisons respectively.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was calculated,and whether the total effective rate of the two groups is statistically different.Follow-up after 1 month after the end of the course of treatment,calculate the recurrence rate of the two groups,compare whether the recurrence rate of the two groups is statistically different.Results1.Main symptom score: After treatment,the scores of two main symptoms of acid regurgitation and heartburn were significantly lower than before,a significant statistical difference was found in the group(P<0.01).Between groups there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Secondary symptom score: After treatment in the Jiangnipingliu soup group,irritable,full of both sides,dry mouth bitter,stool dry knot score of the four secondary symptoms were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01).Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules group only upset irritability this symptom score is lower than before(P<0.05),all three symptoms showed no significant change(P>0.05).Compared with the group,the score of Jiangnipingliu soup group was significantly lower than that of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules group(P<0.05).3.Gerd Q scale score: the Jiangnipingliu soup group was lower than the Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules group(P<0.05).4.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of Jiangnipingliu soup group was higher than that of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules group(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of Jiangnipingliu soup group was much lower than that of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules group(P<0.05).6.Security analysis:There were no adverse reactions in either group during the trial.During the test,the relevant tests are within normal range,it shows that Jiangnipingliu soup is safe and reliable.Conclusion Both Jiangnipingliu soup and Pantoprazole Sodium enteric-coated tablets can significantly improve the main symptoms of patients with liver and stomach stagnation and heat GERD.But the Jiangnipingliu soup has a better effect on the improvement of secondary symptoms,the total effective rate of the decoction is higher than that of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules,secondary symptom scores,Gerd Q scale scores and recurrence rates were lower than those of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Capsules,no adverse reactions during the trial.Based on this study,the efficacy and advantages of Jiangnipingliu soup in the treatment of liver and stomach stagnation and heat type GERD were confirmed,which can be further popularized in clinic.
