Study On The Eeffect Of Blood Glucose Fluctuation On Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective: To study the correlation between blood glucose fluctuations and diabetic retinopathy.Method: Collecting 64 cases of patients with Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital Endocrinology,on the basis of fundus camera is divided into no diabetic retinopathy and diabetic retinopathy group,the clinical data of two groups of patients(age,gender,body mass index,course of the disease,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,triglycerides,24-hour urine trace albumin,creatinine,blood uric acid,cystatin C,free thyroid hormones,Serum albumin,fasting glucose,fasting c-peptide,glycated serum protein,glycated hemoglobin level)and blood glucose fluctuations(average blood glucose fluctuation,average blood glucose levels,blood sugar level standard deviation,largest glucose fluctuation)statistical analysis,using Logistic regression was statistically significant difference in the two groups of index correlation analysis.Results: Two groups of patients with gender,body mass index,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,triglycerides,creatinine,blood uric acid,cystatin C,fasting glucose,fasting c-peptide,glycated serum protein,blood sugar level standard deviation after comparison there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),age,course of the disease,24-hour urine trace albumin,Serum albumin,free thyroid hormones,glycated hemoglobin,average blood glucose fluctuation,average blood glucose levels,largest glucose fluctuation was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed statistically significant difference in age,free thyroid hormone between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood glucose fluctuations are closely related to the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy,which aggravates its progress to a certain extent.
