Clinical Study On Huaiqihuang Granule’ S Intervention On Immune Function In Children With Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection(Lung And Spleen Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective: To conduct epidemiological studies of children with repeated respiratory infections,to investigate the distribution of the types of syndrome,and to conduct clinical studies on the effectiveness of Huaiqihuang granules in children with pulmonary spleen deficiency.Through randomized controlled trials,we observed the clinical effects of Huaiqihuang Granules in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections(lung,spleen,and Yin deficiency)and compared changes in serum immunoglobulin Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,and complement C3 before and after treatment.Effect of immune function in children,verify the effectiveness and safety of Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of children with recursive respiratory tract infections(pulmonary spleen-Yin deficiency type),and clinical treatment of children with recursive respiratory infections.Methods: Children who met the diagnostic criteria for recurrent respiratory tract infections in the outpatient department of Children’s Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to June 2020 are collected.Among them,children aged 2-12 years who met the diagnostic criteria for lung and spleen Yin deficiency are included in the clinical study.Using the random number table method,36 cases are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the distribution ratio between the treatment group and the control group is 1:1.Through the non-inferior study,the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(lung and spleen Yin deficiency type)and its influence on immune function are explored.In the treatment group,basic treatment is given in the acute stage,and Huaiqihuang granules are given in the remission stage.In the control group,there is no intervention except basic treatment in the acute stage.The course of treatment is 2 months.The main outcome indexes are the frequency of respiratory tract infection,average course of disease and illness(disease type).The secondary indexes are immunological indexes(Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and complement C3).The observation points are 1month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after the end of treatment.For patients with abnormal immunological indexes at the time of enrollment,the treatment group is reexamined within 3-5 months after the end of treatment,and the control group is reexamined within 5-7 months after the end of treatment.Those with normal immunological indexes at the time of enrollment did not need review.After the end of the last follow-up,the comprehensive efficacy is evaluated compared with that before the treatment.Statistical analysis will be carried out using SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software.Enumeration data were statistically described by the number of cases,percentage and other indicators.Pairχ2test was used for intra-group comparison before and after comparison,and χ2 test was used for comparison between two groups.The measurement data were statistically described as mean ± standard deviation(X ±s).Pair t test was used for data conforming to normal distribution,while rank sum test was used for data not conforming to normal distribution.All the above analyses took α=0.05 as the test level,and P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant,while P < 0.01 was considered to be highly statistically significant.Results: Of the 208 children with recurrent airway,49.04% are under 3 years of age,47.60% are under 3 years of age and 7 years of age,and 3.37% are under 7 years and 12 years of age.The top two morbidity rates are 3 years and 4 years.There is no significant difference in gender distribution.TCM syndrome differentiation in the distance distribution of the lung and spleen lack behind 72 children(34.62%),lung and spleen lack of 78children(37.50%)to the camp and the health disorders,its 29th(13.94%),18 children(spleen and kidney deficiency 8.65%)and any other syndrome types of eleven of these cases(5.29%).Abnormal immunological indicators accounted for 78.85% and normal ones accounted for 21.15%.In clinical trials,disease frequency and mean course in the treatment group are significantly lower than in the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference is statistically very significant(P <0.01).The frequency,duration,and classification of the disease in the treatment group are significantly lower than in the control group,and statistical analysis showed that the difference is statistically very significant(P <0.01).Upper respiratory tract infection,bronchial pneumonia and before and after the treatment total comparison includes the number of statistical analysis,disease 0.05),the difference is statistically.After treatment,the mean duration of each disease is significantly shorter than before treatment,and statistical analysis showed that the difference is statistically very significant(P <0.01).The overall efficacy rate after treatment is 80% and the cure rate is 13.33%.The improvement rate of immunological indicators in the treated group is 60.00%,much higher than in the control group(6.45%).The clinical efficacy rate in the treatment arm is 80.00%,much higher than that in the control arm(22.22%).Conclusion: The application of Huaiqihuang Granules effectively reduces the incidence of repeated respiratory infections(pulmonary spleen Yin defect type)in children,shortens the course of the disease,relieves the condition,improves disease resistance by regulating humoral immunity,especially Ig G 、 Ig A and complement C3.That deserves clinical application.
