| Objective: To compare the clinical observation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treated by pushing and rotating neck with traditional massage, and to explore the therapeutic effect and safety of pushing and rotating neck,so as to improve the clinical treatment method and improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical treatment. Methods: The selected cases originated from CSR patients who met the inclusion criteria in the orthopedic outpatient department of our hospital from December 2019 to March2021.Among them,38 cases were male and 42 cases were female.Patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group with 40 cases each. The observation group was treated with the method of pushing top and spinning neck, once every other day, four times as a course of treatment, and a total of one course of treatment was treated. The control group was treated with simple massage, once every other day,4times as a course of treatment.VAS score and NDI score were used to analyze and evaluate the treatment effect during the treatment of patients in both groups, and the scores were scored before treatment, after the first treatment and after treatment respectively. Finally,a database was established and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:During the study,4 cases fell off due to the patient’s lack of cooperation with curative effect evaluation and personal factors. Finally,a total of 76 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy completed the study, with 38 cases in each group.1.Baseline comparison:The gender ratio, age, and disease course of the two groups of patients were compared, and the results were comparable in all aspects between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores:Intra-group comparison: The visual simulation scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the two groups: Comparing the visual simulation scores of the two groups after the first treatment and the end of treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of NDI scores Intra-group comparison:The difference in NDI score between the two groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the two groups: The differences in NDI scores of patients between the two groups during the first treatment and after treatment were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of pushing and neck rotation in the treatment of CSR is significant, which can improve the cervical pain and the ability of daily living and other functions to a satisfactory extent.Especially,it has a significant effect on improving the immediate pain of patients. |
