Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation In The Treatment Of Uramic Pruritus

Objective: To observe the effect of expert consensus program of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of skin pruritus in the treatment of UP.Methods: 100 cases of patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into two groups using the random number table randomly.All of them were given conventional treatment,hemodialysis and hemoperfusion treatment as a basic treatment.The control group(50 cases)was given oral antihistamines and 10% calamine lotion on the basis of the above treatment;the observation group(50 cases)was given oral antihistamines and 10% calamine lotion on the basis of the above treatment On the basis of the use of "skin pruritus Chinese medicine treatment expert consensus program" treatment.The treatment effect,improvement of pruritus symptoms and changes of laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups.The pruritus symptoms were evaluated by duo’s pruritus score.The laboratory indexes included phosphorus(P),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCR),total parathyroid hormone(i PTH),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and glomerular filtration rate(EGFR).The clinical efficacy was evaluated by nimodipine method.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than 66.00% of the control group significantly(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the pruritus degree,pruritus location,pruritus frequency,sleep influence degree and duo’s itch score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The degree,location,frequency and sleep influence of pruritus in the two groups were improved,and the scores were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better(P < 0.05).The levels of P,Ca,Mg,i PTH,SCR,BUN and β2-MG in the two groups before and after treatment had no significantly difference(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of P2 +,i PTH,SCR,bun and β2-MG in the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05),while the level of Ca was increased obviously(P < 0.05).There was no difference in Mg in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05)。Conclusion: 1.The TCM syndrome differentiation treatment scheme of "expert consensus on TCM treatment of pruritus" can effectively improve the symptoms and sleep quality of UP.TCM treatment of this disease,combined with five viscera deficiency and excess,exogenous six Yin,dialectical treatment,to understand the specific pathological pathogenesis of patients,through TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,for patients to alleviate pain at the same time,regulate qi and blood,replenish qi and solid health,promote the internal circulation of the body.2.According to the expert consensus on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of skin pruritus,the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment scheme has no adverse events and is safe and reliable.It can be used in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has the characteristics of high safety and long-term application.Traditional Chinese medicine is warm and tonic,and will not cause serious adverse reactions to patients.
