| Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between anxiety,depression and TCM constitution in GERD patients,and some social factors which affect anxiety and depression in GERD patients.Reference can be provided for the GERD patients about treatment and prevention of anxiety and depression,New ideas and methods can be provided for clinical research and prevention of GERD.Methods:The cross-sectional study which investigated the GERD patients was conducted in the Department of Gastroenterology of Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to October 2020.The contents of the questionnaire included the general condition,TCM constitution scale,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale.According to the conversion formula of each scale,scale could be numerized,the database was established by Microsoft Excel,and the statistical analysis was carried out by spss24.0.Results:A total of 200 patients with GERD were included in this study.The results of TCM constitution analysis showed that there were 50 cases of yang deficiency,45 cases of qi deficiency,41 cases of qi depression,31 cases of phlegm-dampness,31 cases of peace,29 cases of dampness-heat,20 cases of blood stasis,4 cases of yin deficiency and 1 case of special nature.Among the 200 patients,152 had single constitution,48 had compound constitution with two or more than two constitution.There were 42 people with two kinds of constitution and 6 people with three kinds of constitution.The results of anxiety analysis in patients with GERD showed that 44 patients were complicated with anxiety,accounting for 22%.The results of depression analysis in patients with GERD:63 patients were complicated with depression,accounting for 31.5%.The results of TCM constitution analysis of GERD patients with anxiety:27 cases of qi depression,16 cases of qi deficiency,7 cases of yang deficiency,5 cases of phlegm-dampness,3 cases of dampness-heat,2 cases of blood stasis,and 0 case of peace and special nature.The results of TCM constitution analysis of depression in patients with GERD showed that the quality of qi depression was.There were 37 cases,21 cases of qi deficiency,7 cases of yang deficiency,6 cases of phlegm-dampness,4 cases of dampness-heat,3 cases of blood stasis,2 cases of peace,1 case of yin deficiency and 0 case of special nature.Analysis of social factors and anxiety in patients with GERD:work intensity(P=0.000)was correlated with anxiety in patients with GERD.Analysis of social factors and depression in patients with GERD:work intensity(P=0.000),education level(P=0.027),age(P=0.001)were correlated with depression in patients with GERD.Results of correlation analysis between anxiety of GERD patients and TCM constitution:univariate analysis showed that peace(P=0.001),qi deficiency(P=0.013)and qi depression(P=0.000)were related to anxiety in GERD patients;Logistic regression analysis showed that qi deficiency[OR=3.075(95%CI:1.236～7.654,P=0.016)]was independently related to anxiety in GERD patients and QI depression[OR=15.501(95%CI:6.391～37.616,P=0.000)]was independently related to anxiety in GERD patients.Results of correlation analysis between depression and TCM constitution in patients with GERD:univariate analysis showed that depression in patients with GERD was associated with peace(P=0.001),qi deficiency(P=0.013),yang deficiency(P=0.002),dampness-heat(P=0.026),and qi depression(P=0.000);Logistic regression analysis showed that the qi deficiency[OR=22.608(95%CI:1.012～6.723,P=0.047)]and qi depression[OR=35.481(95%CI:10.449～120.476,P=0.000)]were independently related to depression in patients with GERD.Conclusion:1.There were 200 GERD patients in this study,169 people showed biased constitution,accounting for 84.5%,of which 48 were compound constitution,accounting for 24%.2.In the biased constitution,there are 85 people with deficiency physique,accounting for 50.2%.3.Among the 200 GERD patients,the incidence of anxiety was 22%and the incidence of depression was 31.5%.4.Work intensity was the factor that affects the anxiety of GERD patients,while age,work intensity and education were the factors that affect the depression of GERD patients.5.Qi deficiency and qi depression were the risk factors of anxiety and depression in GERD patients. |
