Meta-Analysis And Study On Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath For Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective: To apply Meta-analysis method to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bath in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and to use "The Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.4)" related data mining technology for the Chinese medicine involved;To provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinic.Methods: Search Sino Med,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP,Cochrane Library,Embase,Pub Med seven databases according to the established search strategy,and manually searched conference papers the randomized controlled clinical trial of TCM bath for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.The time limit is from the date of establishment to December 2020.Two trained researchers independently screened the literature and collected research data based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,used the Cochrane Collaboration’s bias risk assessment tool to evaluate the literature,used Rev Man 5.3 software to perform meta-analysis,and included The prescriptions of the literature are entered into the "The Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.4)" to explore the rules of medication for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with TCM bath.1.Meta-analysis: Finally,34 RCT studies on the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with TCM bath were finally obtained.There were 3401 children in total,including 1700 children in the experimental group and 1701 in the control group.TCM bath combined with conventional treatment is significantly better than conventional treatment alone in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia [RR=1.15,95%CI(1.12,1.18),Z=9.36,P<0.00001];TCM bath combined with conventional therapy is better than conventional therapy alone in reducing bilirubin in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia [SMD=-2.74,95% CI(-2.74,-1.58),Z=7.31,P<0.00001];TCM bath combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,the number of days of jaundice is shorter than conventional treatment alone[SMD=-2.71,95%CI(-3.37,-2.05),Z=8.02,P <0.00001];TCM bath combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is better than conventional treatment alone in reducing hospitalization days[SMD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.57,-0.48),Z=3.68,P =0.0002];TCM bath combined with conventional therapy can shorten the time of phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia than simple conventional therapy[SMD=-0.95,95%CI(-1.26,-0.64),Z=6.02,P<0.0001];TCM bath combined with conventional treatment has fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia than simple conventional treatment [RR=0.51,95% CI(0.36,0.71),Z=3.94,P <0.0001].2.Medication rules: TCM bath for the treatment of neonatalResults:hyperbilirubinemia.The prescriptions for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia are good use of heat-clearing drugs,water-disinhibiting damp-percolating medicinal,and abate jaundice drugs.The drugs used are mainly attributed to the liver and spleen and stomach meridians.The main property of medicine was Cold,bitter,and pungent.Artemisia capillaris Thunb is the most commonly used medicine for the treatment of this disease by many doctors,and Artemisia capillaris Thunb,Gardenia,and Rheum are used the most frequently and are the core drugs.Conclusion:1.Compared with simple conventional treatment,the total effective rate of TCM bath combined with conventional treatment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,total bilirubin level after treatment,yellowing days,hospitalization days,phototherapy time and adverse effects Both have advantages in response.2.Use the "The Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(V2.3.4)" to conduct data mining on TCM prescriptions for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with TCM bath,and through the statistics and analysis of the results,we can treat neonatal hypercholesterolemia Most of the drugs contained in the TCM prescriptions in hematemia have the taste of bitter and cold.It uses the methods of clearing heat and promoting dampness,promoting gallbladder and relieving jaundice,and taking care of the spleen and stomach while clearing the liver and gallbladder.The treatment of the disease,the medication embodies the regulation and treatment of the liver and spleen through the method of inhibiting the wood and strengthening the soil through the simultaneous treatment of the liver and the spleen,and according to the disease’s changes,combined with the symptoms of the child.
