| Objective:From the perspective of turbidity theory,it analyzes the clinical efficacy about the treatment with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver on NAFLD and its influence on HCY index,so as to provide scientific evidence for the treatment of NAFLD by TCM.Methods:The treatment group was given basic treatment such as the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver combined with diet and exercise,and 30 cases were included;the control group was given compound glycyrrhizin capsules combined with basic treatment 30 minutes after a meal,and 30 cases were included.Totally,the two groups involved 60 cases which were separated based on the random number table method.Each continued treatment for 12 weeks.Patient data were collected at the 0th week of treatment,and post-treatment data were collected at the 12th week of treatment.Analyze clinical efficacy through liver function(ALT),blood lipids(TC,TG),individual symptom scores of TCM,image color Doppler ultrasound scores,and efficacy judgments to analyze clinical efficacy,compare changes in plasma HCY index,and analyze its impact.Results:1.The efficacy of indicators on laboratory:The general effective percentage of the group with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was 86.67%and the other group was 73.33%.It indicated that they had similar influence in improving indicators on laboratory(P>0.05).1)The influence on ALT,both groups could decrease the level of transaminases index(P<0.01).The two groups have similar effect in reducing the level of transaminases index(P>0.05).2)Efficacy on blood lipids(TC,TG)showed that both groups could decrease the level on blood lipids.But in terms of reducing the level on TC,the treatment group was more prominent than the other group(P<0.05);As for the improvement of TG,the difference was obvious(P<0.01).The effect of the group treated with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was more advantageous than that of the compound glycyrrhizin capsule group.2.Impact on color Doppler ultrasound:the general effective percentage of the treatment group with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was 83.33%and the other group was 73.33%(P>0.05).It indicated that they were equally effective in improving the degree of liver fat.3.Scores on TCM symptoms:The general effective percentage of the with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was 90%and the other group was 66.67%.After testing,the treatment group with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver had more obvious curative effect than the other group(P<0.05);The principal symptoms were relieved a lot after treating,and so did the minor symptoms.From the perspective of the principal symptoms,the discomfort of the right side,obesity,and sticky stools were significantly relieved in the treatment group(P<0.01).The treatment effect of the two groups with heavy sleepiness and heavy body was similar(P>0.05).In terms of minor symptoms,dizziness and nausea in the treatment group were improved significantly(P<0.01).At the same time,the group with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was more prominent in relieving tiredness,weakness,loss of appetite,and abdominal distension(P<0.05).4.Comprehensive efficacy:A comprehensive study showed that the general effective percentage of the group with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver was 83.33%and the other was 63.33%.It indicated that the combination of basic treatment such as diet and exercise combined with the method of resolving turbidity and protecting liver had more advantages than the other group(P<0.05).5.Effect on HCY in blood:After treatment,the level of Homocysteine of the two groups was decreased compared with before.Furthermore,the index of Homocysteine treated with the method of dissolving turbidity and protecting liver was decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of dissolving turbidity and protecting liver had good therapeutic effect on NAFLD with damp turbidity and internal accumulation.The method could ameliorate the symptoms,steatosis deposition,blood lipids(TC,TG),liver enzymes(ALT),and decrease the level of Homocysteine.Moreover,there were no adverse reactions during three months.It seems to be relatively safe and dependable. |
