The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver For Using The Method Of Zibuganshenghuayujiangzhuo

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of zibuganshen and huayujiangzhuo method, detection blood fat, liver meritorious service of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease before and after treatment as indexes, to discuss the mechanism of the method of zibuganshen and huayujiangzhuo treating NAFLD (liver and kidney deficiency clip phlegm clip stasis syndrome).Method:60patients with meet the criteria of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients, divided into the treatment group and control group, each30cases. the treatment group patients to give oral native Chinese traditional medicine, the control group patients to give oral fat will the capsule, period of treatment are for30days. Study the symptoms, signs, serum alanine amino acid (ALT) shift enzyme, aspartic acid amino shift enzyme (AST), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC) variations, and the severity of fatty liver ultrasound of the patients before and after treatment.Result:1. The effective rate of treatment group was96.67%, the control group was83.33%, with significant differences between the two groups (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group;2. In clinical syndrome improvement, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01);3. After treatment, the serum ALT liver result, blood fat (TC, TG) level of two groups are significantly reduced (P<0.05). the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05);4. AST of two groups, after treatment, was more significantly reduced, but between the two groups there were no significant difference (P>0.05);5. Before treatment, the B super of two groups had no obvious difference (P>0.05);and after treatment it was markedly improved (P<0.05). the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zibuganshen and huayujiangzhuo treatment can improve symptoms and signs of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and have better clinical curative effect;2. The treatment of zibuganshen and huayujiangzhuo can reduce serum ALT, AST, TG, TC level, improve liver function and fatty liver damage degree, thus slow the disease.
