ObjectiveObserve the effects of electroacupuncture at Baihui and Neiguan on the resuscitation success rate, resuscitation time, epinephrine consumption, relevant test indicators after resuscitation, and related rating scale after resuscitation in patients with cardiogenic cardiac arrest that occurred in the hospital. The impact of 24-hour and 72-hour survival rate and 5day survival time.MethodsThis study is a historical controlled research experiment. The experimental group consisted of 22 patients with cardiogenic cardiac arrest that occurred in the emergency department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020.For cardiopulmonary resuscitation, electroacupuncture was performed at Baihui and Neiguan on the left. The control group consisted of 22 patients with cardiogenic cardiac arrest that occurred in the hospital recorded in the database of the Usteinin registration pattern of the emergency department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2018.Collect the patient’s gender, age and other demographic data;the time of cardiac arrest, whether the resuscitation is successful, the time taken for the resuscitation, the amount of adrenaline used, the relevant test indicators, and the survival time after successful resuscitation.Analyze the collected information, use Chi-square test,t-test and other statistical methods to analyze, explore the resuscitation success rate, resuscitation time, and adrenaline use of patients with cardiogenic cardiac arrest by acupuncture at Baihui and Neiguan on the left. The effect of 24 hours and 72 hours after resuscitation on survival rate.Results1.Comparison of the return of spontaneous circulation:13 cases of 22 patients in the experimental group were successfully resuscitated, the success rate was 59.10%,and 12 cases in the control group were successfully resuscitated, accounting for 54.50%.There was no difference in the success rate of spontaneous circulation recovery between the two(P>0.05).2.Comparison of spontaneous circulation recovery time:the test group took 26.46±13.94min,the control group was 38.67±27.83min,the difference was 12.21min,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The use of epinephrine in patients with successful resuscitation was 6.00(1.50-8.50)mg in the experimental group and 4.00(3.0-4,750)mg in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of consciousness recovery:only 1 case in the experimental group recovered consciousness, and the rest did not recover. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Comparison of breathing recovery:2 cases in the test group did not require artificial ventilation for breathing recovery, accounting for 15.40%,6 cases that recovered but needed artificial ventilation, accounting for 46.20%,and 5 cases that did not recover, accounting for 38.40%;control The proportions of the three groups were 0 cases(0.00%),5 cases(41.70%),7 cases(58.30%),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.Comparison of acute and critical illness scores:After resuscitation, the SOFA score,APACHE Ⅱ score,GCS score, and CPC score were evaluated immediately after resuscitation, and the results showed no difference(P>0.05).7.Comparison of test results:Arterial blood gas PH value:7.21±0.21 for the test group,7.13±0.21 for the control group;Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure:124.00(92.70~320.50)mmHg for the test group,90.30(75.90~101.00)mmHg for the control group;arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure:test group is 34.61± 11.97mmHg,control group is 43.19±10.48mmHg;lactic acid:test group is 13.06±7.99mmol/L,control group is 13.87±5.74mmol/L;troponin:The test group was 1.37(0.16~7.91)ug/L,and the control group was 4.64(0.49~12.67)ug/L;The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the remaining test results was not statistically significant(P>0.05).8.Comparison of survival rate and survival time:The 24-hour survival rate of the experimental group was 22.70%,and the control group was 18.20%;the 72-hour survival rate of both groups was 9.10%.There was no significant difference in the 24-hour survival rate and 72-hour survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Taking 5 days as the observation endpoint, the survival curves of the two groups were compared. The average survival time of the experimental group was 17.62 hours and that of the control group was 15.99 hours. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Electro-acupuncture at Baihui and Neiguan on the left has good safety in the treatment of cardiac arrest. There were no adverse events in the trial, and there was no difference between the success rate of treatment and simple conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation.2.Compared with the previous conventional treatments, electroacupuncture has sho wn a certain trend in increasing the ROSC rate and reducing the time spent on ROSC;after ROSC,electroacupuncture has the effect of improving related critical and critical illness scores and physical and chemical examination items.trend.
