| Objective:(1)Through the "Tongue,Facial Pulse Information Collection Physical Fitness Recognition System",to explore the differences in the distribution of traditional Chinese medical physiques between RSA patients and women with normal pregnancy and childbirth history.(2)Observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Antai formula in the treatment of patients with RSA of different constitutions,explore whether the Yishen Antai formula can effectively improve the clinical pregnancy outcome in patients with RSA of different constitutions,and use Chinese medicine to treat this disease for clinical physique differentiation Provide new ideas and methods.Methods:(1)Collect 120 cases of women(group A)who had one or more times of normal pregnancy and delivery history and 120 cases of RSA patients(group B)in the Department of Reproductive Medicine,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine."and to carry out TCM constitution identification through the system of body constitution identification based on lingual pulse information collection,to explore the physique distribution of RSA patients and women with normal pregnancy and childbirth history.(2)60 RSA patients from Group B were randomly divided into test group and control group(30 cases each).The control group(30 cases each)was treated with didroxyprogesterone,The test group was treated with(Yishen Antai formula)on the basis of western medicine combined with the TCM constitution identification for 60 days.before and after treatment,compared the related indexes of clinical laboratory HCG,P,E2,pelvic ultrasound,TCM symptom score,TCM curative effect of the two groups,the difference of clinical pregnancy outcome between the test group and the control group was compared.Results:1.The results of constitution analysis showed that 55 patients(45.8%)were calm and 65 patients(54.2%)were partial in group A,10 patients(8.3%)were mild and 110 patients(81.7%)were partial in group B,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In group B,46 patients(38.3%)had Yang deficiency,26 patients(21.6%)had qi stagnation,and 15 patients(12.5%)had Yin deficiency.2.Laboratory indicators:Before treatment,the levels of HCG,P and E2 in peripheral blood of the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HCG,P and E2 in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group at 60 and 90 days gestation(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P BBB 0 0.05).The scores of symptoms in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine:after treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group(90.00%)and control group(76.67%),the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnancy outcome:After treatment to the end of follow-up for 7 months,27 cases of pregnancy continued in the experimental group with effective rate(90.00%),and 25 cases of pregnancy continued in the control group with effective rate(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with recurrent miscarriage have a biased TCM constitution compared with women with normal pregnancy and delivery history,mainly based on Yang-deficiency,Qi-stagnation,and Yin-deficiency;2.The treatment of patients with different constitutions of RSA with the addition of Yishen Antai Formula combined with western medicine has definite clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and clinical symptoms of patients with RSA,increase the levels of HCG,P and E2 in peripheral blood,and improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worth promoting clinically. |
