Data Mining And Network Pharmacology Research On The Clinical Drug Use Rules For Professor Lin Huijuan’s Differentiation And Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats

Objective: This study uses TCMISS to explore the prescription and medication rules of Professor Lin Huijuan for differentiation and treatment of ventricular premature beats,formulate ventricular premature beats treatment experience prescriptions,and use the BATMAN-TCM online bioinformatics analysis tool to conduct preliminary research on network pharmacology..Methods: To collect the cases of ventricular premature beats diagnosed and treated by Professor Lin Huijuan in the past three years,and use the frequency statistics,association rules,mutual information method,and complex entropy clustering in the TCM Inheritance Assistant Platform(TCMISS)V2.5 Analyze data mining methods to systematically and quantitatively analyze the dialectics;use the BATMAN-TCM online tool to set the corresponding "Score cutoff and Adjust P-value" to screen its potential therapeutic directions and pathways.Results: A total of 138 drugs,6 syndrome types,10 syndrome elements,several core combinations of each syndrome type,and 4 new prescriptions were involved;the proposed empirical prescriptions are Puhuang,Paeoniae Alba,Angelica,Polygonatum,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Coptis,Amethyst:BATMAN-TCM analysis shows the main enrichment diseases are ventricular,atrial,sinus arrhythmia and nervous system,emotional and psychological diseases,involving adrenaline signal transduction in cardiomyocytes,calcium ion pathway signals,Dopamine signaling pathway,serotonergic synapse,etc.Conclusion: Data mining results show that the main treatment method of the room early is nourishing Yin,nourishing blood,reducing fire and calming the mind,and dialectically promoting blood circulation,qi clearing damp,reducing phlegm,invigorating spleen and warming kidney.The empirical formula analysis shows that it is potentially effective in treating ventricular arrhythmia,especially for the patients with Yin deficiency and high fire syndrome accompanied by emotional abnormality...
