The Effects Of Zixu Gegen Decoction On The Level Of Serum Estradiol And Plasma D-dimer In Patients With Threatened Abortion

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Zixugegen Decoction on serum estradiol and plasma D-dimer levels in patients with threatened abortion of deficiency of both spleen and kidney,to evaluate its clinical efficacy,to explore its possible mechanism of action in treating early threatened abortion,and to provide new ideas and directions for future clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty patients with threatened abortion of deficiency of both spleen and kidney were randomly divided into experimental group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）.The experimental group was given Zixugegen Decoction combined with dydrogesterone,while the control group was given dydrogesterone.The treatment lasted for 3 weeks,and the changes of E₂,P,β-HCG,D-dimer and TCM syndrome integral before and after taking the medicine were observed and recorded.The growth status of embryos（fetuses）under gynecological color Doppler ultrasound was recorded.After treatment,the comprehensive clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,and the data obtained from the study were statistically analyzed to compare the differences between the two groups.Results:（1）After treatment,the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the two groups showed that the total effective rate was 93.3%,while that of the control group was 83.3%,with a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.01）.There is a significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndromes among groups（P<0.01）.（2）After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups are significantly different from those before treatment（P<0.05）,and there is a very significant difference between the two groups（P<0.01）.（3）After treatment,the level of serum E₂in both groups increased gradually,which was significantly different from that before treatment（P<0.01）.Compared between the two groups,there was a significant difference after 3 weeks of treatment（P<0.01）.（4）The levels of serum P andβ-HCG in the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment（P<0.01）.There was no significant difference in serum P level between groups after treatment（P>0.05）.Serumβ-HCG levels were significantly different between groups（P<0.05）.（5）After treatment,theplasma D-dimer level of the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment（P<0.05）,but there was no significant difference in the control group（P>0.05）.（6）After treatment,the serum E₂level was significantly different from that before treatment in the group of continued pregnancy（P<0.01）and in the group of failed pregnancy（P<0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.（7）After treatment,the plasma D-dimer level was significantly different from that before treatment in the continuing pregnancy group（P<0.01）,but there was nosignificant difference in the failed pregnancy group（P>0.05）.（8）There was a positive correlation between plasma D-dimer and serum E₂level before treatment,but no correlation with age and spontaneous abortion times.Conclusion:Zixugegen Decoction can effectively increase the level of serum E₂and other pregnancy hormones,reduce the level of plasma D-dimer,improve the coagulation state of the body,and improve clinical symptoms.Monitoring pregnancy hormones such as E₂combined with plasma D-dimer in patients with early threatened abortion is helpful to predict pregnancy outcome.
