| 【Objective】The focus of this study was to retrospectively investigate the health condition of parent and offspring who had TCM miscarriage prevention treatment in early pregnancy.By setting normal group as control,observe the parent’s abnormal examination results,morbidity of pregnancy-related disease,postpartum state and offspring’s health condition to evaluate the influence on parent and offspring’s health condition of TCM miscarriage prevention treatment further,so that there are data support of TCM miscarriage prevention.【Method】Choose 250 patient with threatened abortion in March 2013 to July 2017 who kept pregnancy after TCM miscarriage prevention treatment as treatment group.At the same time,set 250 patient with normal pregnancy and production as control.Collect parent’s condition in gestation and offspring’s health situation after being borned by setting ‘Questionnaire of parent and offspring’s physical condition after TCM miscarriage prevention treatment’through field investigation or inquiry by telephone to evaluate the influence on parent and offspring’s health condition of TCM miscarriage prevention treatment further.【Result】1.In the study,the differences between the two groups in age,height,pre pregnancy weight,weight difference before and after pregnancy,BMI,and age of spouse were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the best of childbearing age who tocolysis group was less than the normal group,the decline of ovarian reserve function age tocolysis group were more than those in the normal group,but the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.In this study,two groups of subjects in the stream of people,the number of delivery,the comparison,the difference was not statistically significant.But the previous pregnancy and fetus adverse pregnancy times compared with the controlgroup,by comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In this study,235 patients in treatment group did NT performe,results no abnorma,235 patients did prenatal screening,in which there are 12 patients have high risk to get Down’syndrome.There 3 patient who did DNA detection in treatment group,and the result are all normal.But finally nobody got the disease.220 patients in treatment group did NT performe,results no abnorma,220 patients did prenatal screening,in which there are 7 patients have high risk to get Down’syndrome,but finally nobody got the disease.In both group,there are no high risk to get neural tube defects and trisomy-syndrome according to prenatal screening.The difference between two groups of the risk to get Down’syndrome had no statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In this study,amniotic fluid puncture,tocolysis group of 26 cases,9 cases of normal group,ultrasound diagnosis(2D,3D,or 4D),tocolysis group of 245 cases,229 cases of normal group,the results showed no abnormality.5.In this study,there are more patient who got gestational hypertensionin,gestational diabetes and Thyroid disease in pregnancy in TCM treatment group,meanwhile more patient in control group got gestational intrahepatic cholestasis and anemia.But there are no statistical significance in two groups of pregnancy complications morbidity(P>0.05).6.In this study,the amount of patient who got circulor of umbilical cord,premature rupture of fetal membranes in treatment group is larger than the control group,while the amount of patient who got oligoamnios,placenta previa is the same as control group,the amount of patient who got polyhydramnios,abnormal presentation is less than control group.There are no statistical significance in two groups of delivery complications morbidity(P>0.05).7.In this study,there are no statistical significance in two groups of gestational weight gain,gestational weeks,delivery mode(P>0.05).8.In this study,the amount of overdue infant,macrosomia,low birth weight infant in treatment group is less than the control group,while the amount of premature infantis the same as control group.The difference of infant’s weight,length,gender in two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).9.In this study,there are all 2 deformed infant in two groups.The difference of infant’s pneumonia morbidity in two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).10.In this study,toth group are the same with 1 infant got hypophrenia.The difference of offsping’s weight,height from one years old to three years old in two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).11.In this study,there are no statistical significance in two groups of the time when offspings start to have teeth and learn crawl,speak,walk(P>0.05)12.In this study,there are no statistical significance in two groups of offsping’s upper and lower respiratory infection,diarrhea mobidity.(P>0.05)【Conclusion】1.Chinese medicine tocolysis treatment on NT,18-trisomy syndrome,Down syndrome,neural tube defects,no positive rate of high risk of invasive DNA prenatal screening without adverse effects.2.Medicine tocolysis therapy on amniotic fluid puncture,no adverse effects of ultrasonic diagnosis results;3.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment will not increase the incidence of gestational diabetes,hypertension,intrahepatic cholestasis and anemia.4.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment will not increase the incidence of delivery complications,such as polyhydramnios,oligoamnios,postpartum hemorrhage,abnormal presentation,placenta previa,circulor of umbilical cord.5.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment has no harmful effect on gestational weight gain,gestational weeks,delivery mode.6.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment has no effect on infant’s weight,length,gender.7.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment will not increase the incidence of common diseases of fetus and neonatal adverse outcomes of neonatal rate;8.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment has no harmful effect on offsping’s weight,height,intelligence.9.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment has no harmful effect on he time when offspings start to have teeth and learn crawl,speak,walk.10.TCM miscarriage prevention treatment will not increase the incidence offsping’s respiratory infection,diarrhea mobidity. |
