Research On Medical Service Quality Evaluation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Of K City

With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people’s material and cultural level,people pay more attention to their own life and health than ever before.The so-called life is priceless,in order to pursue their own health,people pay attention to exercise,eating health products,try all kinds of ways to maintain their health,to the maximum extent to extend life.With health,life becomes more meaningful.Otherwise,everything is just talk.With the advanced technology of modern medicine,there is every reason to believe that if practical measures are taken,the human body can always be healthy.From the perspective of social events in recent years,there are more and more medical disputes,and medical injuries are often reported.Relevant departments and social groups are very concerned about this.With the popularization of education,people’s education level is constantly growing,and their legal awareness is constantly increasing.Once there is a medical dispute,they may worry excessively about whether the doctors in the hospital make mistakes in the treatment process.Idealists take up the legal weapon to safeguard their own interests,while those who ignore the sex will go to extremes.At the same time,the number of patients coming to the hospital is also increasing year by year,the hospital’s work burden is increasing,at the same time,the treatment requirements of patients are increasing.These are the deep-seated causes of medical disputes.Against this background,people are increasingly concerned about the quality of medical care.At the same time,the country opens many medical policies,foreign capital and social capital can establish hospitals,so the competition between hospitals will be increasingly encouraged,the level of medical service quality depends on the evaluation of medical service quality to reflect.The focus of hospital work is to improve the quality of hospital medical service,high quality of medical service,reflects the hospital’s better work and management.In order to stand firm and achieve long-term development in the fierce market competition,the key is to rely on good medical service quality as a hard target.Medical service quality is good hospital,the patient is at ease to it.At present,in the process of medical service quality evaluation,the evaluation results are inaccurate due to the lack and imperfection of evaluation indexes and evaluation system,and there are still many problems.In the author’s opinion,the sustainable and healthy development of TCM in K city cannot be separated from its good service quality evaluation.Of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in this paper,the research process,with K city as the research object,using literature study,questionnaire investigation and the methods of inductive analysis,analyzes the problems existing in the medical service quality evaluation process,targeted put forward the solution to help K city hospital medical service quality has increased,improves the economic benefits of K city hospital.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content framework and research methods.The second chapter introduces the concepts and theories,introduces the concept,characteristics and evaluation of medical service quality,and expounds the theory of performance evaluation.The third chapter is the general situation of K city traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the investigation of its medical service quality evaluation.Secondly,the evaluation model of medical service quality in K city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is expounded.Finally,the medical service quality evaluation of K city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine was investigated.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes of medical service quality evaluation in K City Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine,and concludes that there are weak awareness of quality evaluation and imperfect evaluation organization construction in K City Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine in the process of medical service quality evaluation.The evaluation index and operation system are not perfect;The legitimacy of quality evaluation is in doubt,and the causes of the problems are deeply discussed.The main reasons are as follows: lack of thought,lack of evaluation funds and personnel;Pay no attention to the study of patient satisfaction,the evaluation system is not sound;Lack of corresponding quality evaluation legal support and superior department support.In chapter 5,countermeasures for the evaluation of medical service quality in K City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were put forward,and corresponding solutions were proposed as follows: to update the evaluation concept of medical service quality and improve the quality evaluation organization from three aspects: strengthening the evaluation awareness of medical service quality,evaluation team construction and evaluation fund investment;A scientific evaluation and operation system oriented by benefit objectives is constructed from three aspects: clarifying the evaluation objectives of medical service quality,perfecting the evaluation index system of medical service quality--improving the patient satisfaction and improving the utilization rate of the evaluation results.We should strengthen the legal concept of quality evaluation and strictly implement regulatory measures from the following two aspects: paying close attention to and tracking the legislative work of the country;making plans in advance;strictly supervising and managing.The solutions proposed in this paper are based on field research and have strong applicability.At the same time,due to the limited ability of the author,the point of view is inevitably biased,please correct criticism.
