| Objective:To investigate the Xuefu Zhuyu Tang(XZT) treatment of non-ST segment elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome(NEST-ACS) and its impact on the effects of Inflammatory factors.Method:1.84 cases of clinically definite selection for non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NEST-ACS) patients,randomly divided into control group and 42 cases of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction treatment group 42 cases,the two groups in gender,age,course and complications(hypertension, diabetes,dyslipidemia) cardiac function,medication type and unstable angina(UA),non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) distribution by the chi-square test the difference was not significant and comparable(P＞0.05).2.Observation 1).Angina symptoms and EGG changes before and after treatment;2.) General effects of Western medicine; 3.) Efficacy of Chinese medicine syndromes:chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,tongue,pulse,etc.;4).Experiment Room Detect indicators:before and after treatment C-reactive protein(CRP),White blood cell count(WBC count),a granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140);5)Observation of adverse: three conventional,such as liver and kidney functions.Results:1.Angina pectoris(AP) effects of symptoms and ECG: efficacy after treatment between the two groups of comparison, the treatment group,angina pectoris(AP) effect of symptoms and ECG,respectively,has efficiency was 95.2%and 92.9%, while the control group,angina symptoms and ECG has the efficiency of efficacy 78.6%,respectively,76.2%,comparison between the two groups has statistical significance(P＜0.05). During a course of treatment,the general substernal or precordial pain are reduced,and even some patients with angina after one week a marked improvement,and clinical symptoms before the ECG improvement.2.General effects of Western medicine:the treatment group has 95.2 percent efficiency,the efficiency of the control group was 78.6%,the treatment group more effectively improve clinical efficacy(P＜0.05).3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome points:pre-treatment groups Syndromes points of comparison,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05);Syndrome points after treatment compared with treatment group as 5.49±1.31,control group was 4.22±1.17,there was a significant difference significance (P＜0.05),note the treatment group at the improvement of clinical symptoms is better than the control group.4.Laboratory indicators of comparison:the two groups at pre-treatment WBC counts,CRP,GMP-140 there was no significant difference between the significance(P＞0.05).Two sets of indicators of inflammation after treatment has decreased,but the treatment group indicators were 6.31±0.45,3.21±2.74,17.15±6.98,control group,the indicators were 7.56±1.33,8.12±4.39,24.75±9.49(P＜0.05),indicating that the treatment group is more effective to improve the NEST-ACS of the inflammatory response.5.Observation of adverse reactions:treatment group,no patients have adverse reactions,the three conventional,such as liver and kidney function test results after treatment have improved to varying degrees.Conclusion:The study found that the treatment group after treatment in a course of treatment,the general chest pain, chest tightness,palpitation,pulse,such as the tongue are a marked improvement,some patients with angina after one week completely disappeared,and remission of clinical symptoms before the ECG improvement.Pre-treatment CRP,WBC count, GMP-140 were significantly increased after treatment of the indicators of the two groups have a more significant decline (P＜0.05),while the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly more(P＜0.05),At the same time,the two groups after treatment found that blood lipids have varying degrees of decline,while the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly more(P＜0.05).We believe that XZT can significantly improve the patient's blood rheology and endothelial cell secretory function, inhibit inflammatory response and platelet activation, increase plaque stability,the lifting of coronary spasm,an increase of myocardial blood supply,to maintain the stability of myocardial cell membrane and integrity,reduce the leakage of intracellular enzymes,anti-myocardial cell injury,for the formation of collateral circulation to gain time and create a favorable environment for improving the condition and near the long-term prognosis,the greatest degree of NSTE-ACS enhance quality of life of patients with significance.
