| Objective:To observe the antihypertensive efficacy of Moist-Hypotensive Decoction combined with blood pressure medication in the treatment of renal essence deficiency hypertension,the changes of TCM syndrome score,urinary albuprotein/creatinine ratio(UACR)and other indexes,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moist-Hypotensive Decoction.Methods:74 patients with renal essence deficiency hypertension were included in this study,3 cases were abscission and 1 case was removed,and a total of 70 cases were included,including 35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with oral valsartan amlodipine tablets.The observation group was given Moist-Hypotensive Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Finally,statistical methods were used to analyze and compare the changes of TCM syndromes,clinic blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure,nocturnal blood pressure drop rate,morning peak and UACR before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,age,gender,smoking history,drinking history,family history,blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,UACR and other aspects were compared between the two groups,suggesting that the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and were comparable.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 48.57%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was94.29%.The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the decline degree of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of single symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine: in the observation group,except for amnesia,scores of other single symptom were improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05);In the control group,the scores of vertigo,headache,backache,knee weakness and dry mouth were improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),while the scores of insomnia,forgetfulness,fever of five irritable nerves and frequency of urination were not improved compared with those before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of single symptom scores in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(all P<0.05).5.Comparison of blood pressure in clinic after treatment:After treatment,clinic blood pressure of 2 groups was improved compared with that before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.After treatment,the blood pressure compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(94.29%>82.86%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>05).6.Comparison of dynamic blood pressure: After treatment,the mean 24-hour systolic blood pressure and mean diastolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the rate of nocturnal blood pressure drop in the two groups was better than that before treatment(both P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the rate of nocturnal blood pressure drop between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the morning peak blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(both P < 0.05),and the decrease degree of the morning peak blood pressure of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of UACR: UACR levels in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);The decrease degree of UACR in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).8.Safety comparison: none of the 70 patients had adverse reactions or allergies related to the drug in this study during the treatment process.Conclusion:Moist-Hypotensive Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,blood pressure level and UACR indexes of patients with renal essence deficiency hypertension.It has good clinical efficacy and safety and is worthy of clinical application. |
