| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu in treating tinnitus with kidney essence deficiency by comparing the efficacy of the Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu and the treatment of tinnitus with kidney essence deficiency by conventional dialectical acupuncture points,so as to provide a new and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of tinnitus with kidney essence deficiency.Methods: In this study,72 patients with tinnitus of the kidney essence deficiency type collected from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Jilin Provincial Hospital who met the age,gender and disease duration indicators were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu together with conventional acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The treatment was carried out 3 times a week for 3 weeks for a total of 2courses of treatment.During the course of treatment,1 case was shed in the treatment group and 2 cases were excluded,2 cases were shed in the control group and 1 case was excluded,resulting in 33 patients in each group.The Tinnitus Severity Rating Scale,Tinnitus Handicap Inventory and The Quantitative Scale for Grading The Symptoms of Kidney Essence Deficiency Evidence were analysed to draw conclusions from the indicators recorded before and after treatment in both groups.Results:The results of the post-treatment study showed that on the Tinnitus Severity Scale scale,the differences between the treatment and control groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)for the pre-and post-treatment within-group comparisons and statistically significant(P < 0.05)for the inter-group differences.On the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05)for the pre-and post-treatment in the within-group comparison,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).On the quantitative scale for grading the symptoms of kidney essence deficiency,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)for the indicators of soreness and weakness of the waist and knees and dizziness and dizziness;In the indicators of frequent nocturnal urination and loss of libido,although the P > 0.05 for the two groups,it is not far from 0.05.It can be concluded that the Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu has a certain effect on these two indicators;for the indicators of hair loss and shaking of the teeth,hot flushes and night sweats,and fear of cold extremities,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Both conventional acupuncture points and the Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu can improve the symptoms of tinnitus caused by kidney essence deficiency,but the efficacy of the Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu has a significant effect on the conventional acupuncture points,so adding the Najia method of Ziwu Liuzhu to the conventional acupuncture points will improve the efficacy and should be used and promoted in clinical practice. |
