Objective:This topic takes alcoholic cirrhosis as the research object, through the summary and analysis of objective indices,to understand the distribution of TCM syndrome types of alcoholic cirrhosis,as well as its correlation with Child Pugh Classification and objective indices,so as to provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of alcoholic cirrhosis and improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation. Methods:This study collected outpatients and inpatients of liver disease department of San Ming integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital from October 2014 to October 2019.Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,243 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis who met the requirements were retrospectively analyzed. The data of gender, age, daily alcohol consumption, drinking years,TCM syndrome types,Child Pugh Classification, liver function(ALB,TBIL,ALT,AST,GGT),PT,AFP,ascites and hepatic encephalopathy were collected and analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome types, ascites and hepatic encephalopathy in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis,Chi square test was used to analyze the distribution differences of Child Pugh classification in different syndrome types,Nonparametric test was used to explore the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and drinking years, daily alcohol consumption,ALB,TBIL,PT,ALT,AST,GGT,AFP.Results:A total of 243 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis were collected, including 208 males and 35 females.Among the six syndrome types, there were 45 cases of liver depression and spleen deficiency,62 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness excess,73 cases of damp-heat,25 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency,16 cases of spleen kidney yang deficiency and 22 cases of blood stasis obstructing collaterals.1.Among the six syndrome types,damp-heat syndrome accounted for the highest proportion(30.0%),spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome accounted for the least proportion(6.6%);in patients with ascites,damp-heat syndrome accounted for the highest proportion(35.9%),liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome accounted for the highest proportion(47.4%)in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.2.Correlation between syndrome types and general conditions: age, drinking years, daily alcohol consumption in the distribution of each syndrome type had statistical significance;gender had no statistical significance in the distribution of each syndrome type.3.Correlation between syndrome types and Child Pugh Classification: liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome accounted for the highest percentage in Child-Pugh A,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome accounted for the highest percentage in Child-Pugh B,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome accounted for the highest percentage in Child-Pugh C;the difference of Child Pugh Classification in each syndrome type was statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.Correlation between syndrome types and objective indices: among them,TBIL and PT values of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were the lowest,ALB values were the highest;TBIL,PT,ALT,AST,GGT and AFP values of damp-heat syndrome were the highest;ALB,ALT and GGT values of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome were the lowest;AST and AFP values of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome were the lowest;the distribution of TBIL,ALB,PT,ALT AST,GGT and AFP levels in each syndrome type had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Drinking years and daily alcohol consumption are the direct influencing factors of alcoholic cirrhosis.2.Child Pugh classification is related to the TCM syndrome types of alcoholic cirrhosis;ALB,TBIL,PT,ALT,AST,GGT,AFP are closely related to the TCM syndrome types of alcoholic cirrhosis.
