Objective:To explore the relationship between CT change of liver morphology, portal hypertension, ascites, spleen and gallbladder, and Child-Pugh classification of liver' function, searching the CT manifestation of best assessing value, then help to evaluate the liver function, therapy and observation of therapeutic effect..Methods:99 cases of liver cirrhosis that hospitalized and diagnosed in The first affiliated hospital of university of South China between 2006 and 2009 were enrolled into the study, analyses retrospectively on the liver function (Child-Pugh classification: A 18.2%, child-phghB41.4%, child-pughC 40.4%) and CT results, explored the relationship between CT manifestation.The parameters assessing cirrhosis included the change of liver morphology, splenomegaly, ascites, collateral pathways and change of gallbladder, and then compared with Child-Pugh classification.Results:There's obvious relationship between the change of liver morphology, cystic change and Child-Pugh classification, but less relationship between splenomegaly, ascites, collateral pathways and Child-Pugh classificationConclusions:Contour irregularities of the liver could be a suggestion of the liver function, and be hopeful to be a helpful complement of Child-Pugh classification.
