Archiater Mahongbin’s Experience In Treating Hypertention Arteriolar Nephrosclerosis And Research On The Regularity Of Medication

Objective: A retrospective study was used to analyze and summarize Archiater Ma Hongbin’s clinical experience and medication rules in treating hypertension arteriolar nephrosclerosis,providing ideas for clinical treatment of hypertension arteriolar nephrosclerosis and improving the efficacy.Methods:Collect the medical records of patients with hypertension and renal impairment treated by Archiater Ma Hongbin from the Department of Nephrology and the Workstation of Famous Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2020.A total of 200 consultations were made.A database was established and the data was analyzed using the platform.Drug pairs,core combinations,new prescriptions,etc.form a relatively complete theoretical system of clinical experience and academic thinking.Results:1.Descriptive analysis: The frequency of drug use in this study,from high to low,is the top ten: Poria,Roasted Licorice,Radix Rehmanniae,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Angelica,Licorice,Salt Alisma,Guizhi;among which high frequency Among the drugs,tonic drugs are the most,followed by heat-clearing drugs.Mainly warm,cold,calm,sweet,bitter,and pungent,mostly attributed to the spleen,liver,heart,lung,kidney,and stomach meridians.2.According to the analysis of association rules,it is concluded that the more frequent drug pairs have Rehmannia-Poria,Astragalus-Poria,Angelica-Poria,etc.;according to entropy cluster analysis and clinical practice,the more valuable 3 Two new prescriptions:Forsythia-Bitter Almond-Mulberry Leaf-Nepeta-Cicada Moth-Stiff Silkworm-Trichoderma.Conclusions:1.Archiater Ma Hongbin is good at using the method of nourishing kidney,clearing heat and removing dampness to treat the disease,advocating rational use of antihypertensive drugs and protection Kidney medicine emphasizes the foundation of protecting the spleen and stomach,and combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation to slow down the progression of hypertension and kidney damage.The prescription of medicine emphasizes tonic mainly,supplemented by eliminating evil.2.On the basis of clinical data,using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,Archiater Ma Hongbin’s clinical experience in treating hypertension arteriolar nephrosclerosis and medication rules are summarized,in order to better inherit his academic thoughts and guide clinical practice.
