| In recent years, natural antioxidants have been favored by people because of their safety and non-toxic characteristics.Trollius ledebouri is often used in clinical and daily health care. The following studies were carried out in this paper:1.HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography)was used to screen the antioxidant activity chromatographic peaks of the extract of Trollius ledebouri.UPLC-MS(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)was used to analyze the components of the extract Trollius ledebouri. The result showed that orientin,2’’-O-β-L-galactopyranosyl orientin, veratric acid, vitexin and tilianin all showed different degrees of antioxidant activity. And orientin had the highest content in Trollius ledebouri, but did not show the strongest antioxidant activity.2.The content of flavonoids, phenolic acids, sugars and lignocellulose in Trollius ledebouri were determined, and the different parts of Trollius ledebouri with similar chemical components were identified and distinguished by three-level infrared spectroscopy technology,so as to realize the rapid evaluation of the quality of Trollius ledebouri.3.The flavonoid content and phenolic acid content in the methanol and redistilled water extracts of different parts of Trollius ledebouri were positively correlated with the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical scavenging ability, hydroxyl scavenging ability and superoxide scavenging ability, indicating that flavonoids and phenolic acids in Trollius ledebouri contributed to its antioxidant activity.4.The total flavonoids content in the different solvent systems can be used to establish a reasonable model with infrared spectroscopy, and the mathematical model can be used to predict the total flavonoid content of Trollius ledebouri. In the antioxidant model, the antioxidant model jointly built by methanol and acetone is not very ideal and needs to be further optimized. This study provided data support for the development and utilization of Trollius ledebouri. Moreover,it provided certain value for the analysis on the material basis and related in-depth study on the antioxidant activity of Trollius ledebouri. |
