Comparative Study On The Micro Characteristics Of Soldago Herbal,Plantaginis Herbal And Commelinae Herbal In Different Populations

Objective:To study the differences on mini-macroscopical characters and microscopic characters of Soldago Herbal,Plantaginis Herbal,Commelinae Herbal in different environment,find out the similarities and differences of mini-macroscopica characters and microscopic characters of the three herbs from different populations and provide experimental basis for the improvement of the identification characteristics of the three herbs.Methods: Collecting the original plants of Soldago Herbal,Plantaginis Herbal and Commelinae Herbal in different environment.Observing the differences of morphology of samples from different environments.After collected original plants were dried,observing the microscopic characters of stem,leaf and flower of samples by stereomicroscope and light microscope.Comparing the differences of minimacroscopical characters of sample from different environment.Making the cross section of stem and leaf and surface section of leaf by the method of free-hand section.Observe its microscopic characters by optical microscope and compare the difference of microscopic characters of sample from different environments.Results: There are no obvious differences in the micro-characteristics of the inflorescences of different populations of Solidago canadensis,and the density of hairs on the stems and leaves are obviously different;there is no difference in the characteristics of the roots and peduncle of the plantain samples from different populations,and the leaves and peduncles There are obvious differences in the types of hair coats and the characteristics of the petioles of the remaining calyx;the micro traits of the pedicels of Commelina communis in different populations are not significantly different,and the length and density of the pilose of leaves and involucres are significantly different.The main differences in the microscopic characteristics of the stems and leaves of different populations of Solidago canadensis are reflected in the types of non-glandular hairs and vascular bundles,the number of secretory cells,the morphology of the epidermis,the number of thick keratinocytes,the number of palisade cells,etc.;samples of plantain from different populations The main differences are reflected in the number of non-glandular hairs and the number of vascular bundles,the number of mesophyll palisade cell layers,and the morphology of the endothelial layer;the differences between the samples of Commelina communis in different populations are mainly reflected in the number of vascular bundles in the stem and the number of cortical cells.The number of layers,the number of cells that make up non-glandular hairs,and whether the endothelial cells are thickened.Conclusion: There were significant differences in the mini-macroscopical characters and micro characters of Soldago Herbal;Plantaginis Herbal;Commelinae Herbal from the different populations.The differences of environment had significant effects on the minimacroscopical characters and micro-character of the three herbs.
