| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhipu Xingqi Decoction on constipation of qi deficiency type(colon slow transit)by random grouping and retrospective study,so as to provide theoretical support for the clinical application of Zhipu Xingqi Decoction and explore the reasons for its improvement of constipation symptoms.Methods: statistical software SPSS was used From December 2019 to December2020,a total of 80 outpatients and inpatients with colonic slow transit constipation of qi deficiency type in the second Department of anorectal surgery,***Hospital of ***were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(Zhipu Xingqi Decoction group)with 40 cases and the control group(prucalpride succinate group) with 40 cases The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The colonic transmission,defecation symptom score,intestinal VIP and SP changes,TCM symptom score,treatment effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Result:(1)The colonic transit rate of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).(2)The difference of Wexner score between the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the Wexner score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)In the changes of VIP and SP,VIP decreased and SP increased in the two groups after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The differences of VIP and SP in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in TCM symptom score change and effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(5)The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: both Zhipu Xingqi Decoction and prucalpride succinate have therapeutic effects on constipation of qi deficiency type.Both of them can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,accelerate colonic transit,reduce defecation score,improve intestinal VIP and SP content and clinical symptoms In the aspect of accelerating colon transit,Zhipu Xingqi decoction is equivalent to pulucapride.Zhipu Xingqi decoction is superior to pulucapride in reducing defecation score,improving intestinal VIP,SP content and clinical symptoms. |
