Analysis Of The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Non-governmental Hospitals Development

The development of the medical and health industry can not meet the health needs of the people has become a particularly prominent social problem in recent years.The introduction of social capital to solve this problem has become an important part of the new medical reform,and also the common understanding of the whole society.From the beginning of reform and opening up to now,non-governmental hospitals in China has made good achievements,but in the development of quality and capacity is still not small gap with the public medical institutions.By consulting a large number of data and investigation and research,this study analyzes the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment of non-governmental hospitals in China.Some practices of foreign hospitals run by non-governmental organizations can be used for reference in China.By analyzing the current situation of the development of non-governmental hospitals in China,the crux of the problems in the development of non-governmental hospitals is found out.Taking Chongqing XMX Children’s Hospital as the main representative of the case,this paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings and problems in the development process of non-governmental hospitals,discusses and studies on the basis of which,puts forward the view of the transformation of non-governmental hospitals from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and gives specific solutions.This study believes that to get rid of the current non-governmental hospitals development predicament of many,weak,small and scattered hospitals,take the conjunctive high quality development path,and form a healthy pattern of multiple hospitals,it is necessary to make various efforts to promote the implementation of the national policy of non-governmental hospitals,increase the pace of new medical reform,increase the supply of total medical resources,strengthen the effect of the government’s macro-control on access,and reform the supervision mechanism;non-governmental hospitals themselves should carry out personnel training based on academic research,carry out differentiated development,return to the essence of medical treatment,implement brand marketing strategy,create a positive hospital culture,and systematically carry out discipline construction.Only in this way can non-governmental hospitals develop healthily,become a useful supplement to public hospitals,and play their due value for the coordinated,overall and high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in China.
