| Objective: On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,this study adopted self-designed Shengxue Decoction combined with routine iron supplementation in the treatment of CRA with spleen and kidney deficiency,compared with the treatment with iron supplementation alone,to observe the effectiveness and safety of both,and to explore the legislative basis and medication characteristics of the instructor.To discuss the advantages of self-designed Shengxue Decoction combined with iron supplementation in the treatment of CRA in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improving the quality of life and drug safety,and to explore new research ideas and methods for improving the treatment status of CRA.Method: In this study,patients in the oncology department and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from February2020 to February 2021,which met the diagnostic criteria for spleen and kidney deficiency CRA,and the clinical screening was carried out in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 60 CRA patients were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were given daily care and corresponding symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given conventional iron supplementation(polysaccharide iron complex capsule 150 mg,Qd;folic acid tablets 10 mg,Tid;vitamins,2 tablets/time,Tid);treatment group On the basis of the above,add self-made Shengxue Decoction(Dangshen 15 g,Poria10g,Fried Atractylodes 10 g,Astragalus 30 g,Chinese Yam 30 g,Dogwood 10 g,Rehmannia glutinosa 15 g,Chinese Wolfberry 15 g,Angelica 10 g,Polygonatum 30 g,White Lentil 10 g,Eucommia 10 g,Zhigancao 10g)Oral,morning and evening warm,continuous treatment for 4weeks,observe and record the patient’s TCM syndrome data and related laboratory indicators before and after the treatment,and record the adverse reactions and adverse events during the treatment process,using SPSS 22.0 for the data Statistical Analysis.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,comparing the laboratory data between the two groups,the improvement of hemoglobin,red blood cell count,hematocrit,and platelet count before and after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of western medicine treatment in the treatment group was 86.67%,63.33%better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Comparing the improvement of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of fatigue,shortness of breath,anorexia,and complexion,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups had no improvement in palpitations and dizziness.Statistical significance(P>0.05);Comparison of the effective rate of Chinese medical treatment before and after treatment between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.30%,which was better than the control group by 76.70%,which was significantly different(P<0.01);the comparison of KPS scores between the two groups before and after treatment,The treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the safety indicators,liver function(ASL,ALT),renal function(Scr,GFR),ECG changes before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05);during the observation period,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The self-designed Shengxue Decoction combined with iron supplementation in the treatment of cancer-related anemia of spleen and kidney deficiency type has better efficacy and certain safety compared with iron supplementation alone.2.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-related anemia in reducing the TCM syndrome,the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve quality of life overall advantage. |
