Study On The Characteristics Of Prescriptions And Medication In The Treatment Of Metrorrhagia In The Gynecological Standards For Diagnosis And Treatment

Objective:In order to provide reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment,the characteristics of prescriptions for treating metrorrhagia and Wang Kentang’s understanding of metrorrhagia were studied in the "Gynecological Standards for Diagnosis and treatment".Method:The history of the disease name and the pathogenesis and treatment of metrorrhagia in the literature were summarized,and the compatibility of the prescriptions for metrorrhagia in the "Gynecological Standards for Diagnosis and treatment" was analyzed,and 113 prescriptions were enterded into ancient and modern medical records Cloud platform(V2.1),and the functions of the platform’s "data mining" was used to perform statistical analysis on the frequency of drug use,drug attributes,drug relevance,etc.,and Wang Kentang’s understanding of metrorrhagia and the characteristics of related prescriptions were discussed.Results:Commonly used drugs for Qi-moving formula are Cyperus rotundus,Amomum villosum and Bupleurum.Commonly used drugs for Stasis-dissipating formula are Faeces Togopteri and Typhae typhus.Commonly used drugs for tonifying formula are Angelica,Atractylodes,Rehmannia glutinosa,and common drug pair is Chuanxiong and Angelica Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae with Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Commonly used medicines for cooling formula are Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Coptidis Coptidis,and commonly used medicine pairs are Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with Cork.Commonly used medicines for warming formula are Angelica sinensis,dried ginger and Rhizoma Ligustici.The commonly used medicine for dry formula is oven earth.The commonly used medicine for astringent formula is Angelica sinensis and palm,and the commonly used medicine pair is Angelica sinensis with palm.The commonly used medicine for Yang-upbearing formula is cohosh,Bupleurum and Radix Saposhnikoviae.Conclusion:1.Wang Kentang’s treatment of metrorrhagia focuses on finding the cause based on syndrome differentiation.The pathogenesis of uterine bleeding includes spleen deficiency,qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation,blood heat,blood stasis,deficiency and cold,etc.It is mainly related to the spleen,liver,and kidneys,of which spleen deficiency is the main pathogenesis.2.There were various treatment methods,most of which are to replenish qi and blood and warm the meridian to dispel cold to stop bleeding,supplemented by astringent to stop bleeding,clear heat and cool blood.Spleen deficiency is an important pathogenesis.3.In terms of the prescription and medication of the prescription for treating metrorrhagia,Wang Kentang used Siwu decoction to regulate menstruation and replenish blood,and commonly used drug pair is mugwort-donkey-hide gelatin.Metrorrhagia were often mixed with deficiency syndromes,and pay attention to nourishment,focus on nourishing qi and blood,and took care of nourishing spleen,liver and kidney,commonly used drug pair is Rehmannia glutinosa-White Peony.Tonics made good use of wind herbs,such as Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Bupleurum,Ligusticum and Saposhnikovia divaricata.Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was often used to clear away heat.Commonly used charcoal medicines for astringents,such as palm charcoal,arborvitae leaf charcoal,nepeta charcoal,commonly used medicine pair is palm charcoal-angelica.Facoused on dispeling blood stasis.Desiccant made good use of Terra Flava Usta.
