Clinical Effect Observation On The Effect Of Shuxuening Injection On Unstable Angina(Heart-blood Stasis Pattern)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina,we recorded and analyzed angina effect scores,VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,ECG effectiveness and safety indexesMethods: In this study,patients with unstable angina were recruited from the First and Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to January 2021.This was a randomized,double-blind and parallel controlled trial and in the trial,the ratio of the experimental group to the control group was 3:1 and here was a 10-day treatment period.The experimental group and the control group were treated with basic treatment.In addition,Shuxuening injection was added to the treatmental group and placebo was added to the control group.We recorded the angina effect scores,VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores and ECG efficacy and compared them.Results:1.Clinical effectiveness(1)Angina effect scores:There was no statistical difference in angina symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05)before treatment,so there was comparability between the two groups.After treatment,there was a statistical difference in angina score between the two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group had better effect than the control group.(2)TCM syndrome scores:There was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05)before treatment,so there was comparability between the two groups.After treatment,there was a statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group had better effect than the control group.(3)VAS scores:VAS scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05),the experimental group had better effect than the control group.(4)Electrocardiogram effectiveness:After treatment,the total effective rate of ECG between the two groups was compared,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05),the experimental group had better effect than the control group.2.The safety indexes:No adverse reactions occurred in all the subjects during the experiment.Conclusions:1.Clinical effectiveness:(1)Shuxuening injection can reduce the score of angina effect and improve the symptoms of angina effectively;(2)Shuxuening injection can reduce the integral of TCM syndrome scores and improve the manifestation of TCM syndrome effectively;(3)Shuxuening injection can reduce the VAS scores and relieve the pain level of patients effectively;(4)Shuxuening injection can improve the electrocardiogram performance and enhance the efficacy effectively.2.Safety assessment(1)Vital signs: There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood pressure and heart rate during the study.(2)Experimental examination: There were no significant abnormal changes in liver function,renal function and coagulation function.
