Meta Analysis Of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective:Objective to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:The key words related to the research content of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis were searched in the relevant database.Chinese databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were searched by keywords;Pub Med database was searched in English database.From January 2010 to October 2020,randomized controlled trials or semi randomized controlled trials of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis were included.The statistical software of meta analysis was analyzed by revman5.4.Results:After the initial screening and re screening,a total of 24 articles were selected and included in this study.The number of patients in these articles was 2230.The literature type included 23 clinical literatures published in journals and 1 master’s thesis.Among them,the quality of the included literature is low as a whole.Meta analysis results: the total effective rate(RR= 1.28,95% CI [1.23,1.33],P<0.00001),HP negative conversion rate(RR =1.29,95% CI [1.15,1.45],P<0.0001),TCM symptom score(MD =-3.91,95% CI [-6.95,-0.87],P = 0.01),IL-6 index(MD =-4.70,95% CI [-5.80,P<0.0001)and TNF-α index(MD =-8.47,95% CI [-13.63,-3.30],P =0.0001)of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis were improved,The difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate(RR=0.13,95% CI [0.05,0.30],P<0.00001)and the incidence of adverse reactions(RR = 0.21,95% CI [0.12,0.39],P<0.00001)of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis were lower than those of Western medicine control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The clinical total effective rate,HP negative conversion rate,IL-6index,TNF-α index and TCM syndrome improvement of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis were better than those of Western medicine control group.(2)Compared with the control group of western medicine,the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment of chronic gastritis by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction are lower and the safety is better.
