Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Guben Pill In The Treatment Of Asymptomatic Proteinuria

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Yiqi Guben Pill" in the treatment of asymptomatic proteinuria,spleen and kidney qi deficiency,and to explore a new scheme for the treatment of asymptomatic proteinuria.Methods:60 outpatients of Nephrology Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group using random number table method.The treatment group was given general care + Yiqi Guben pill(30 pills/time,twice a day),while the control group was given general care + Nephritis Kangfu tablet(5 tablets/time,3 times a day).Eight weeks of treatment.The overall efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was observed,and the urinary protein,24h UPr and TCM symptom score were compared and analyzed.Results:1.The levels of urinary protein in two groups were lower than before after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and lower than that after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Urinary protein levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).2.The 24-hour urinary protein level in treatment group was lower after 4weeks of treatment than before(P<0.05),and was lower after 8 weeks of treatment than before(P<0.05);The 24-hour urinary protein level in control group was lower than that in control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 24-hour urinary protein level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks and 8weeks of treatment(P<0.05).3.The total scores of TCM symptoms in two groups were lower after 4weeks of treatment than before(P<0.05),and lower after 8 weeks of treatment than after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was73.33%,which was 50% better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,which was better than the total effective rate of 53.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiqi Guben Pill can reduce the level of urine protein in asymptomatic proteinuria patients and reduce the amount of urine protein in 24 hours.2.Yiqi Guben Pill can improve the clinical symptoms of asymptomatic proteinuria patients.
