| Immunoglobulin A nephropathy, (IgAN) is the most common primary kidney disease in the world and the highest incidence of primary glomerular disease in our country.Accounting for 30% of the patients with renal biopsy 30% -45%, After nearly 50 years since this disease discovered, there is still don’t have a specific treatment, which can involved in the occurrence and progress factor is various, mainly focused on the study of genetic genes, immune response, and inflammation, etc. Its clinical manifestations and pathological performance varied, when start to treat IgA,which kind of treatment can be used, mostly in the groping stage.In the past most of specialists believe in that IgAN is is a benign disease and it is rarely to End Stage Renal Disease(ESRD). Now specialists are generally believed that academic IgAN is one of the important factors that lead to ESRD,after they did a lot of research.5% of patients with IgAN disease development is rapid progress, there are also some suddenly appeared in the process of disease development higher creatinine rapidly, clearance suddenly drops, this kind of IgAN called progressive IgAN, part of this kind patients if without an aggressive treatment,should progress to ESRD in 1-3 years.Research purposes:Based on clinical, by the retrospectively analyze, inorde to observe the different treatment scheme, discusses control of traditional Chinese medicine on average follow-up time proteinuria for advanced clinical curative effect of IgAN, preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness of TCM treatment for advanced IgA research, explore the ideal solution to provide clinical basis for the treatment of advanced IgA. Research methods:Select 34 patients conformed the standard diagnostic of progressive IgAN since October 2013 to January 2015 in China academy of traditional Chinese medicine the gate hospital. And outpatient treatment regularly for registration, observation, diagnostic criteria, in line with the progression of IgAN confirmed by renal biopsy and clinical examination as the primary IgAN, pathological manifestations in LEE Ⅲ level and above, ages 18 to 70 years, any gender, ethnic, after 3 months period, TA-P above 1 g/24 h, decrease in GFR (115ml·min-1-1.73m-2<GFR<90ml-min-1-1.73m-2) patients, adhere to the treated in our department (western medicine to treat or combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment), a total of 34 patients with complete clinical data, case information collected, including at the time of renal biopsy in patients with clinical data, the patient’s treatment, at the time of first diagnosis and follow-up of patients with curative effect, etc.Patients in treatment group, renal function, TA-P and other indicators in the change of before and after treatment, clinical the finish time of the incident, the change of TCM syndrome integral, double clinical endpoint events for Scr or ESRD.The results1.34 cases were observed, including one case drop into ESRD, one’s serum get double.2. The overall effect:34 cases before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were improved, TA-P levels before and after the treatment,32 cases were markedly reduced, renal function improved significantly, liver function is stable, curative effect is clear, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect is distinct.3.
