Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Zanyu Decoction On Asthenospermia Of Kindey-Yang Deficiency Type

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Zanyu Decoction on asthenozoospermia of Kidney-Yang deficiency type by observing the effects of Wenyang Zanyu Decoction on the semen parameters of patients with asthenozoospermia of Kidney-Yang deficiency type,including class A sperm motility rate,class A+B sperm motility rate,semen volume and TCM syndrome score.Methods: 60 cases of asthenospermia patients with kidney-yang deficiency type who were treated in the Andrology Department of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2020 to December 2020 and were diagnosed as Kidney-Yang deficiency type by TCM syndrome differentiation were included in this study and randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Wenyang Zanyu Decoction,and the control group was treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule.After 12 weeks of grouping intervention,the semen volume,grade A sperm motility rate,grade A+B sperm motility rate,changes in TCM syndrome scores,safety indexes and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The data in this study were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in age,general information of disease course in two groups(P>0.05),no statistical difference in sperm parameters such as A class sperm motility rate,A+B class sperm motility rate and semen volume(P>0.05),and no statistical difference in TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).1.After treatment,class A sperm motility rate and class A+B sperm motility rate in two groups were better than that of before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups;2.There was no significant difference in semen volume in two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups;3.The clinical efficacy showed that the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which is better than the control group’s73.33%(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups;4.After grouped treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in two groups compared with before treatment were decreased(P<0.05),TCM syndromes in treatment group was better than of control group;The single syndrome scores of TCM in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups;5.The total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group was90.00%,wihch is better than that in control group(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences between the two groups;6.During the study period,no liver and kidney function injury occurred in patients of the two groups,no significant changes were observed in blood routine reexamination at the end of treatment(P>0.05).Patients of the two groups did not complain of obvious discomfort symptoms and adverse reactions during the treatment.2.Conclusion: 1.Wenyang Zanyu Decoction can effectively improve the A class sperm motility rate and A+B class sperm motility rate in the semen parameters of patients with asthenospermia of kidney and Yang deficiency,and reduce the TCM syndrome integral of patients with asthenospermia of kidney and Yang deficiency,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of compound Xuanju Capsule.2.Wenyang Zanyu Decoction wihch is safe,reliable and worthy of promotionhas no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of asthenospermia patients with deficiency of kidney yang.
