ObjectiveThis Project by collecting the Yangying Huoxue Decoction in the cure of liver stasis and spleen deficiency type of Primary liver cancer Patients clinical efficacy data(weight,TCM syndrome scores,KPS)and laboratory examination(WBC、HGB、ALT、AST、AFP、CA199).And these data are analyzed.More options should be added in the direction of Prevention and treatment of Primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsThe Patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into 2 groups according to 1:1.One group took Pingxiao capsule, the other group took Yangying Huoxue Decoction.Record of the two groups before treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks treatment of weight,TCM syndrome integral,KPS score, the WBC,HGB,ALT,AST,AFP,CA199 and safety index changes.Observe and analyze the treatment effect of the two groups.Results(1)The Patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into 2 groups according to 1:1.and the age was P > 0.05,showing no statistical significance.(2)TCM syndrome score: P > 0.05 in the two groups before taking medicine, the difference was not statistically significant;after taking medicine, the Yangying Huoxue Decoction group was better than the Pingxiao capsule group, with statistical difference,P <0.05 in the two groups; The effective rate of the two groups was higher in the Yangying Huoxue Decoction group than in the Pingxiao capsule group(P < 0.05),with statistical difference.(3)KPS score: P > 0.05 in the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the Yangying Huoxue Decoction group was significantly better than the Pingxiao capsule group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups,P < 0.05.(4)AFP: P > 0.05 in the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. The Yangying Huoxue Decoction group was lower than the Pingxiao capsule group after 8 weeks of treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)BMI and CA199: P > 0.05 between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the BMI of the Yangying Huoxue Decoction group was slightly higher than that of the Pingxiao capsule group, although both groups decreased. After treatment,CA199 decreased in both groups, but the Yangying Huoxue Decoction group was lower than the Pingxiao capsule group.(6)Liver function: ALT and AST: P > 0.05 between the two groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the Yangying Huoxue Decoctionl groups were all within the normal range, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)Blood routine: P>0.05 between the two groups before WBC and HGB treatment, the difference was not statistically significant;P<0.05 for HGB comparison between the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant;P<0.05 for WBC comparison between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionYangying Huoxue Decoction has a good effect on alleviating clinical symptoms of liver stasis and spleen deficiency liver cancer. It can improve clinical symptoms, increase Cartesian score, reduce AFP and CA199,and has certain effects of Protecting liver and increasing HGB without damaging white blood cells and liver function.Yangying Huoxue Decoction is safe and effective, but a large number of clinical and laboratory studies are still needed to explore its mechanism and further Promote its use in a more solid and effective way.
