Clinical Observation Of Xiaoshui Powder Acupoint Application Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Coronary Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the improvement effect of Xiaoshui powder acupoint application combined with external counterpulsation on cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,and to find a new idea besides drug treatment for Chronic coronary heart failure.Methods:Ninety patients with Chronic coronary heart failure who met the inclusion criteria in the Henan Province Chinese medicine hospital were selected and divided into control group,extracorporeal counterpulsation group and combined treatment group by randomized control.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital,the extracorporeal counterpulsation group was additively treated with extracorporeal counterpulsation on the basis of drug therapy,and the combined treatment group was additively treated with drug therapy and xiaoshui powder acupoint application combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation.The three groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grade,LVEF,6WMT and NT-pro BNP indexes were observed before and after treatment,and the effects of Xiaoshui powder acupuncture point combined with external counterpulsation on patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure were analyzed.Results:1.Ninety patients with Chronic coronary heart failure were included in this study,among whom 4 patients were out of observation because they failed to take medicine on time and could not continue the treatment of external counterpulsation and acupoint sticking.Finally,29 cases in the control group,28 cases in the external counterpulsation group and 29 cases in the combined treatment group were completed.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grade,6WMT and NT-pro BNP among the three groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,6min walking test were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of in vitro anti-Bo group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of the combined treatment group was better than that of external counterpulsation group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,NYHA cardiac function grade,NT-pro BNP value and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were significantly improved in the three groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),among which,the efficacy of the extracorporeal counterpulsation group and the combined treatment group were superior to the control group(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the combined treatment group was superior to the extracorporeal counterpulsation group but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).4.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment of patients participating in the observation,and there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function,electrolyte and other safety indexes before and after the experiment.Conclusion: Xiaoshui powder acupoint application combined with external counterpulsation has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of Chronic coronary heart failure,which provides a new treatment idea for breaking the bottleneck of traditional drugs in the treatment of Chronic coronary heart failure.
