| Objectives To investigate the level of PSG1 and TGF-β1 in vein blood and the expression of PSG1and TGF-β1in placenta of patients with preeclampsia and analyze the relationship between PSG1,TGF-β1 and preeclampsia.Methods 43 cases of preeclampsia who had delivered in the obstetrics department of Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the case group,and 46 cases of normal pregnant in the same period were selected as the control group.To gain the information,the patients were interviewed.The expression of PSG1 and TGF-β1 in placenta were determined by immunohistochemistry.The expression of PSG1 and TGF-β1 in vein blood were detected by ELISA.Independent sample t test or the two independent sample non-parametric analysis analyze was used to compare the measurement data between the case group and the control group and used the Chi square analysis,Fisher test or two independent sample non-parametric analysis to compare the grade data between the two groups.The multivariate logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis.Results 1 Comparing the data between the two groups,there is no difference in the frequency of pregnancy,the frequency of labor,the age,the gestational weeks of cesarean section and TC(P>0.05).There is the difference in gestational body weight increased,pre-gestational BMI,urea,Scr,LDL-c/HDL-c,TG,ALT and AST(P<0.05).The gestational body weight increased of preeclampsia(17.49±4.68kg)is higher than the control(14.68±3.73kg).The pre-gestational BMI of preeclampsia(23.32±2.36kg/m~2)is higher than the control(22.40±1.77kg/m~2).The urea of preeclampsia(4.00±0.97mmol/L)is higher than the control(2.94±0.77mmol/L).The Scr of preeclampsia(58.60±8.57umol/L)is higher than the control(49.89±8.08umol/L).The LDL-c/HDL-c of preeclampsia(2.15±0.62)is higher than the control(1.61±0.45).The TG of preeclampsia(3.46±0.81mmol/L)is higher than the control(2.88±1.07mmol/L).The ALT of preeclampsia is 11.00U/L(7.00,14.00),higher than the control 8.00 U/L(7.00,10.00).The AST of preeclampsia is 18.00 U/L(7.00,14.00),higher than the control 15.00 U/L(12.75,18.00).2 The results of immunochemistry in placenta tissue showed that the positive expression of PSG1 in case group is lower than that of control group and the difference is intense statistically significant(Z=-3.951,P<0.001);the positive expression of TGF-β1 in case group is higher than that of control group and the difference is intense statistically significant(Z=5.564,P<0.001).3 ELISA in the serum showed that compared with the healthy pregnant women,the PSG1 is considered lower(t=5.902,P<0.001)in patients with preeclampsia(143.92±12.96ug/ml)than the control(161.86±15.51ug/ml).The level of TGF-β1in the serum is considered significantly higher(t=-6.012,P<0.001)in preeclampsia(194.04±27.70ng/ml)than the control(161.14±23.08ng/ml).4 The result of multivariate logistic regression model shows that the value of PSG1 in the vein blood is related to the risk of preeclampsia separately.The value of PSG1 is lower,the risk of preeclampsia is higher(P<0.05,OR=0.173,95%CI:0.035-0.858).Conclusions 1 The positive expression of PSG1 in placenta of preeclampsia is lower than that normal.The level of PSG1 in serum is considered to be lower in patients with preeclampsia than the normal.They are the consistent.2 The positive expression of TGF-β1of in placenta of preeclampsia is higher than that normal.The level of TGF-β1 in serum is considered higher in patients with preeclampsia than the normal.They are the consistent.3 The value of PSG1 in the vein blood is related to the risk of preeclampsia.The value of PSG1 is lower,the risk of preeclampsia is higher.Figure 2;Table 12;Reference 119... |
