Effect Of Chushihuayujizhi Decoction On Acute Gouty Arthritis With Dampness-heat Stasis And Its Influence On Interleukin-1β

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Chushihuayujizhi Decoction on acute gouty arthritis with dampness-heat stasis and the intervention effect of interleukin-1β,the significance of Chushihuayujizhi Decoction in treating gout was discussed,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis with Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Using the randomized control study method,92 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with dehumidification and stasis decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 course of 7 days.Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS score and related indexes were measured before and after treatment,including ESR,CRP,SUA,interleukin-1β,etc.Statistical software was used to analyze and compare the data obtained,and the changes of each indicator before and after treatment were compared between the two groups and the efficacy was evaluated.Results 1.After 1 week of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistical significance（P<0.01）.The decrease rate in treatment group was greater than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.After treatment,VAS score,IL-1β,ESR and CRP in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The decrease rate in treatment group was greater than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The level of BUA in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,while the level of BUA in the control group was not significantly changed before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.3%,and that of the control group was 80.4%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.During the experiment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group.Conclusion Chushihuayujizhi Decoction combined with colchicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with damp-heat stasis acute gout arthritis,reduce the level of IL-1β,reduce TCM syndrome score,reduce inflammation,improve clinical efficacy,and provide a new treatment method for the treatment of this disease.
