The Effection Of Serum Levels Of Platelet-derived Growth Factor-BB Of Homemade Chinese Medicine Prescription To Chronic Renal Failure Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of homemade Chinese medicine prescription to chronic renal failure patients and the effection to indexes such as serum creatine,blood urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,blood albumin,platelet-derived growth factor-BB,etc.For confirming that the homemade Chinese medicine prescription can inhibit renal fibrosis and have the effect of delay renal function deterioration.Methods:80 patients who were diagnosed as CRF were divided into two group,40s of control and 40s of experimental group.The patients in control group were given the pure western symptommatic treatments,on this basis,the experimental group were given homemade Chinese medicine prescription.To observe the changes of laboratory indexes such as Scr,Bun,ALB,Hb,PDGF-BB after having treated 6 monthes.In addition,to compare with decection level of PDGF-BB of CRF patients,a plus 20 healthy person was chosed as the healthy control group.Consequence:1.PDGF-BB level of the 80 CRF patients was obviously higher than the healthy control group before the treatment,the difference between them had statistical significance(p<0.01).So PDGF-BB can be used as an indicator of CRF.2.The Scr,Bun,Hb,ALB,PDGF-BB level between the experimental group and the control group before treatment.The experiment is comparable.3.All of the indexes of experimental group had statistical significance before and after treatment(p<0.05),it can conclude that the medcine can inhibit renal fibrosis.4.After 6 monthes treatment,the experimental group changed significantly in indexes compared with the control group,indicating that the effect of homemade Chinese medicine prescription combined with western medicine was better.Conclusion:1.The serum PDGF-BB level of CRF patients were obviously higher than the healthy control group.2.Homemade Chinese medicine prescription can sharply reduce the secrum of Bun,Scr.Its curative effect is obviously better than pure western medicine.3.Serum of indexes in the experimental group were significantly reduced after treatment,indicating that the homemade Chinese medicine prescription can inhibit the PDGF-BB expression to protect the kidney units.4.Homemade Chinese medicine prescription combined with western medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms compared with pure western medicine.It can alleviate kidney fibrosis and delay renal function deterioration,so as to protect the kidney.
