Clinical Study Of Yin Chai Mixture On Wind-heat Syndrome In Children With Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective : The aim is to observe the clinical study of acute upper respiratory tract infection and provide clinical reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods: A total of 72 test children were collected in this study,aged 2-12 years old,diagnosed as acute upper respiratory tract infection by western medicine,and cold(wind-heat syndrome)diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine.The 72 children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.After excluding the dropped cases,71 cases were finally included,including 35 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given Yinchai Mixture decoction-free Chinese medicinal preparations orally,and the control group was given Chaihuang Granules orally.3 days was a course of treatment,and the observation period was a course of treatment,The scores of TCM syndromes and body temperature recovery time of the two groups of children before and after treatment were recorded respectively,and SPSS 20.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results:1.Yinchai mixture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection wind-heat syndrome.The total effective rate of the test group is 97.1 and that of the control group is 77.8.The total effective rate of the test group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Yinchai Mixture can significantly relieve fever,sore throat,cough,sweating,general malaise,pharyngeal congestion,tonsil enlargement,dry stool and other syndromes in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total number of antipyretic cases in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the number of antipyretic cases in the experimental group was more than that in the control group within 1 to 2 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Yinchai mixture antipyretic The effect is better than the control group.4.During the observation period,there were no serious adverse events in the test group and the control group,and the Yinchai mixture free decoction preparation had no obvious toxic and side effects.Conclusion:1.Yinchai Mixture can improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection with wind-heat syndrome2.Silver wood mixture has fast antipyretic time and lasting stability,which can effectively curb the development of disease.3.During the observation period,Yinchai mixture free decocted traditional Chinese medicine preparations had no toxic side effects.
