While the auxiliary police play a pivotal role in alleviating the police force,combating crimes,stabilizing social order,and serving the masses,we also see that the problems of low pay,poor security,no promotion,and low social recognition have led to the auxiliary police The high turnover rate restricts the healthy and stable development of the auxiliary police force.In order to explore the reasons for the resignation of the auxiliary police,the author tries to find the core links and key factors of influence through qualitative and quantitative analysis,induction,and summary from the perspective of psychological contract.This paper takes the auxiliary police of the S city high-speed traffic police detachment as an example,uses SPSS24.0 to process the collected data by means of correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.,and draws a conclusion:(1)The psychological contract,job satisfaction,and turnover tendency of the auxiliary police of the S City Express Traffic Police Detachment are all at the upper-middle level after the average value is obtained.This shows that the auxiliary police of the S City Express Traffic Police Detachment are relatively satisfied with the performance of the unit and the work situation.,But still have plans to leave to a certain extent.(2)Among the three dimensions of psychological contract,the scores from high to low are:interpersonal dimension,transactional dimension,and developmental dimension,indicating that the unit performs best in the interpersonal dimension,and performs the job in the developmental dimension.The lowest degree.(3)The psychological contract of the auxiliary police of the S City Express Traffic Police Detachment is positively correlated with job satisfaction and negatively correlated with turnover intention.(4)The job satisfaction of the auxiliary police of the high-speed traffic police detachment in City S is negatively correlated with the turnover tendency,and the job satisfaction of the auxiliary police of the high-speed traffic police detachment in City S plays a full intermediary role in the process of influencing the mechanism.Therefore,the author "prescribes the right medicine" from the perspective of the three dimensions of the psychological contract,and provides managers with targeted solutions and optimization measures:(1)Scientifically improve the salary system and build a comprehensive security system;(2)Commend and encourage smooth promotion Channels,comprehensive training to improve the overall quality;(3)Consolidate the foundation of love and implement the project of warming and loving the police;hope that this can reduce the turnover rate of auxiliary police and improve the stability and continuity of the auxiliary police team.
