A Singing Research On The Zijun Aria 《An Unfortunate Life》 In Opera《Shang Shi》

As one of the three most important arias of the hostess Zijun in the opera 《 Shang Shi 》,the episode 《 An Unfortunate Life 》has become one of the classical arias of Chinese Lyric Soprano because of its beautiful melody,plentiful affection,profound emotional connotation and exquisite singing performance.Starting from the creative background,musical characteristics and the role analysis of Zijun in the duet 《 An Unfortunate Life 》,combining with my own learning,this paper has conducted in-depth research on the aria from five aspects: the use of breath,the treatment of timbre,the accuracy of language,the shaping of roles and the performance of the stage,also,it has made a singing comparison to the three singers through the spectrum,waveform and other intuitive data analysis.
