This paper takes Sun Li’s literary creation in the 1940s-50 s as the object of study,and takes Sun Li’s understanding of the relationship between literature and politics as the entry point to examine the inner rationale and textual form of Sun Li’s literary creation in the 1940s-50 s,and summarizes it as the construction and loss of ’Home’ imagination.Under the influence of the "for life" literature of the May Fourth era,Sun Li combined the expression of reality and writing ideals,forming a realist literary outlook that blended "lyrical" and "realistic".Inspired by the " One day in Ji Zhong" writing movement,Sun Li used a "vague" class consciousness to reduce the abstract political reality through "life",expressing his belief in the victory that he felt in the anti-war life into an imagination of the future that included personal and political ideals,which could be summarized by "’Home’ Imagination".Sun Li uses "Home" as an entry point to deal with the relationship between the individual and the state,and through the "nuclear family" in the form of a small married couple’s family,he resolves the contradictions between the individual and the state in the traditional view of the family and the state,and the "temporary family" reconstructs the civil-military relationship,and on the basis of the relationship of equal love between people under the common goal felt during the war,he establishes the imagination of "Home",which includes the two levels of "family" and "state",and at the level of the individual and the reality,the imagination of "Home" points to "family",which is the place where the individual can settle down and establish his life.At the level of nationality and ideals,the "Home" imagery points to the "good life" of the future,the place where the small family can settle down.In the anti-Japanese novel,these two dimensions are rooted in the anti-war reality,Sun Li’s personal ideal of "family" and the national political ideal of "country" are consistent.However,with the victory of the war of resistance,the political reality changed,the political theme changed from national liberation to class struggle,the "Home" in the "national" orientation,because Sun Li’s presentation of the daily life of the political reality expressed the emotions in the private sphere of reality,it did not conform to the class political vision,and was considered "petty" tendency.As national liberation has been achieved at the national level,the "family" orientation of the imagined "Homeland" has begun to emerge,tilting towards a family ethic that requires a reprocessing of the relationship between the individual and the family.Thus,there is an inconsistency between the imagined "family" and "State" dimensions of the "Homeland".After the establishment of New China,the political ideals of the anti-war period were realized at the "national" level,and the national political theme shifted to the socialist revolution,and the political class struggle came to the fore.In Sun Li’s novels,such as "Zhong","Cunge","Fengyun Chuji" and "Tiemu Qianzhuan",the conflict between the discourse of "Home" and political discourse emerged,and class politics gradually invaded the family,squeezing the "family" as a personal ideal in the structure of the "family" and the "temporary family" that connects the "family" and the "state",and threatening to be lost.Sun Li’s realist literature from the anti-Japanese spirit to expose the dark side of real life,at the same time,trying to find new ideals in the new reality,his pen in the "home" core position of the cohesion of beauty and goodness of the extreme female character image has become complex,Shuangmei,Suer,and Xiao Maner a series of "problem women" appeared on the body of political and personal nature of the split of the two standards,Sun Li thus rediscovered personal life,but personal life is precisely for political denial.When Sun Li fails to find a way to combine between critical reality and the new ideal,a rift between the refutation of narrative discourse and the text emerges.On the other hand,in the institutionalized literary environment,Sun Li actively adapts to the new reality of life,presents the efforts to repair the "home",continues the realist literary outlook of the anti-war period,writing "new people" and "new life",and used life as a political and literary intermediary to build "workers’ literature",but this conception of his missing the basis of life,had to create in the space where "memory" and "reality" intermingled,but did not conform to the classist vision.After being criticized,Sun Li began to search again for ways to relate literature to politics,and was inspired by Russian realist writers to "return to the working people" in favor of humanism.But with the change of reality,"politics" was revealed by the class aspect that he ignored,began to invade and devour his personal life,Sun Li constantly adjusted his writing,the literary style of the change from novel to prose,short to medium-length pieces,the creative space is still increasingly narrow.The dilemma between the personal and the political led to the occurrence of the "disease" and the interruption of the creation,and the failure of the effort to repair the "Home".Taking "recuperating from illness" as an opportunity,Sun Li re-examined his own literary path,and in holding on to his literary beliefs,the meaning of literature shifted to the individual,retreating into the increasingly small space of daily life and writing about life itself.
