The Expression Of The Linear Language Of Freehand Figure Painting In The Creation Of Hundred States Of Life

Chinese painting with national style features has its own unique painting language system.As one of the effective modeling techniques in traditional Chinese aesthetics,linear language has its unique and irreplaceable features.From the spiritual perspective,the dynamic of linear language reflects the subjective consciousness of the creative subject,as well as the internal law and nature of the objective object.On the material level,linear language starts with rock paintings and murals to express ancestors’ worship of witchcraft,nature and gods,and takes the traditional linear language of "writing with pen" as the medium and carrier to "express ideas with lines".The development of modern freehand brushwork figure painting endows the linear language with richer and broader times connotation.Taking the development and change of the linear language of freehand figure painting as the context,this paper briefly reviews the development process of the linear language of freehand figure painting and summarizes the characteristics and evolution of linear language,and then sorts out the exploration of linear language in each stage.First of all,the author discusses the line method of the yongle palace mural figures,which has a place in the traditional figure painting.Secondly,this paper discusses the aesthetic characteristics and artistic styles of linear language in representative works in different historical periods,and analyzes the artists who inherit and innovate linear language in modern freehand brushwork.It further discusses that the changes in the subject matter and aesthetic taste of modern and contemporary figure paintings have an impact on the way of linear language use,thus forming a complex linear language structure.At last,the author summarizes the creation practice of freehand brushwork figure painting,and briefly sorts out the understanding of the linear language of Chinese freehand brushwork figure painting.In addition,it tries to make the expression of line language more time-oriented in the diversified aesthetic forms,and the expression forms are based on the tradition and have the extensiveness,which is in line with the requirements of the time of the diversified pattern of freehand brushwork figure painting creation.
