| The pronunciation types of “Ni、Lai”initials are complex and diverse in modern Chinese dialects.Based on the study of dialectical and experimental phonetics, combined with the investigation of historical phonetic changes, this paper finds that the development and change track of “Ni 、 Lai”initials in Chinese dialects are quite different, and the retained ancient phonetic components are also different. It is difficult for us to analyze the entire development and change of“Ni 、 Lai”initials from chronic study alone. We also know the evolution of anachronism and synchronicity correspond to each other. So,we mainly analyze it from syn-chronic level. From the syn chronic perspective, this paper summarize the main forms of“Ni、Lai”initials in modern Chinese dialects and the essence of the [n] and [l] initials’ mixing phenomenon according to the collected phonetic materials. At the same time,we will discuss the trend of [n]、[l] initials’ mixing, with the historical research methods and experimental data analysis.According to the of dialect geography, the paper attempts to reclassify the phonetic mix type and find out why they get mixed. The reclassification combined with the experimental phonetic analysis. The first point in this paper is to explore whether the phenomenon of the mixing of“Ni、Lai” initials in different dialects is affected by geographical factors. From the perspective of Chinese dialectal geography, this paper carefully studies the distribution pattern of [n] initial and [l] initial, and makes dialect comparison and typology analysis. The second is to investigate the essence of “mixture of [n]-nasal and [l]-latera sound”by phonetic experiments. The third is to study the characteristics of the [n]-nasal and[l]-latera sound in the whole phonology. Therefore,we choose the auditory experiment 、acoustic experiment and the “degree of nasalization”parameters to carry on the quantitative investigation, describe the current situation of the mixing. On the basis of summarizing the previous experimental acoustic research results of the[n]、[l] sounds, this paper analyze the characteristics of the mixing in the modern Chinese dialect. This paper is divided into six chapters. The introduction mainly introduces the current research background and situation, research objects(“Ni、Lai”initials),overview, and explains the significance and chapter arrangement of this paper. The second chapter mainly summarizes the current reading and mixed type of the this two“Ni、Lai”initials through a comprehensive analysis of phonetic materials. In the third 、 fourth and fifth chapters,we discuss this complex mixing phonetic relationship from the perspective of experimental phonetics through the quantitative analysis of acoustic, auditory and physiological experiments. The sixth chapter combines the dialectical and experimental phonetics to infer the mixing tendency and the proportion of [n] and [l] in Chinese dialects. Finally, the conclusion part summarizes the analysis results and shortcomings in this paper. |
