The Research Of Critical Logic In Critique Of Hegel’s Philosophy Of Right

The research on the Critique logic of Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right(hereinafter referred to as Critique)has not received the attention it deserves,the relevant research results are weak,and the research views are controversial and antagonistic in many ways.Scholars have different opinions on whether Critique simply uses Feuerbach’s "subject-predicate reversal" method as its own internal Critique logic.Some scholars believe that the writing of Critique is based on Feuerbach’s humanist position and consciously uses Feuerbach’s language and methods.Its Critique logic is Feuerbach’s "subject-predicate reversal" method;Some scholars believe that although Critique inherits Feuerbach’s "subject-predicate reversal" method,it is not simply followed but reformed and developed.For the controversy of scholars,through analysis of Critique,it is pointed out that Critique does not simply follow Feuerbach’s "subject-predicate reversal" method as its own logical method.It is true that Marx accepted the logical principle and logical starting point of the "subject-predicate reversal" method,but also saw the deficiencies of the "subject-predicate reversal" method.Therefore,while fully accepting the logical principle of the "subject-predicate reversal" method,Marx transformed Feuerbach’s logical starting point and has criticized and absorbed the reasonable core of Hegel’s "subjective-predicate" law abandoned by Feuerbach.So The "subject-predicate reversal" method of Feuerbach’s and Hegel’s "subject-predicate dialectics" method are organically combined to establish Marx’s own new "dialectical logic of subject-predicate reversal" that takes the realistic human as the logical starting point.On the issue of whether Critique has a unified internal critical logic,the views of scholars at home and abroad are also divided into two groups.Some scholars believe that there is a unified critical logic in Critique;Some scholars argue that in the criticism of Hegel’s rational state view and national political structure,the critique follows different logics.And examine the Critique of the related text found that neither Marx’s critique of rational national outlook of the conclusion of "civil society is the precondition of the national",or Marx’s critique of the country’s political structure of the conclusion of "sovereignty based on people’s sovereignty","the legislative power is to decide the country’s system of people’s sovereignty",are built on the common logic.This common logic as the foundation is the "dialectical logic with subject and predicate reversed" taking the real person as the logical starting point.
