Power has various forms of expression.Everyone has different understandings of the concept of power and different concerns about power.Marx used different concepts of power such as “political power”,“property power”,“economic power”,“social power”,“public power”and “enterprise power” for different topics in different periods. However,Marx's views on power in his whole life mainly revolve around the two concepts of“property power” and“political power”.The key reason why Marx lashed out against Hegel's concept of state power was that he was confused by the social reality problems, especially the contradiction between the government and the masses caused by the material interests during his work at?Lane during?.Authorities for books and newspapers check restrict people's freedom of the press, the difficult people pick up branches as a crime, with the government, such as ignore to let the young Hegel,Marx became suspicious of Hegel's philosophy,Marx realized that must rethink power problem. In addition to Marx, other young hegelians also had doubts on Hegel's philosophy and launched fierce criticism on it,such as strauss and Powell, who successively launched fierce criticism on Hegel's philosophy of religion, which to some extent inspired Marx and provided theoretical reference for him.Feuerbach also started from the philosophy of religion and gradually criticized Hegel's philosophy. He found that "the subject and the object were reversed",and established humanistic materialism. He even declared that a new philosophy should be established, which exactly pointed out the direction for Marx who was in a period of hesitation. On the basis of historical materialism,Marx wrote ?Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right?(hereinafter referred to as the ?Critical?),to national law as object of criticism, revealing Hegel's legal philosophy thought the root cause of the error lies in its objective idealism, revealing everywhere so his national outlook mysticism, and upside down that the relationship between civil society and country. Then,Marx took the internal state system itself as the starting point. He first criticized Hegel's idea of sovereign power, believing that sovereign power should belong to the masses of the people rather than the individual monarch.Secondly,he criticized the theory of administrative power, that is,bureaucracy, and held that Hegel did not have a clear philosophical discussion on the nature of administrative power, indicating that the people have the right to participate in the management of stateadministrative affairs, and the real administrative power belongs to the people. Finally,he criticized the idea of legislative power and proposed the way to solve the separation between civil society and the state. It was impossible to achieve this by relying on various intermediary effects of hierarchical elements, and there was only one way, that is,people's participation in state affairs. After criticizing Hegel's concept of state power,Marx constructed a new theory of civil society, demonstrated that all the power of the state comes from the people, and advocated the people's sovereignty. At the same time,Marx initially established his materialist world view, which also provided an important content and basis for Marx's later ideological changes, and his concept of power has also become a guide for China's governance.
