Research Of Security Values

The study of safety values contains the pursuit of certainty and the consideration of uncertainty,which,unlike the traditional security concept,is a new philosophical concept that integrates safety,uncertainty,risk and value.Without safe development,humanity will embark on the path of destruction,but the realization of security needs is not proportional to human efforts to eliminate risks,but is increasingly emerging as a matter of values.Safety values include security determination and security uncertainty,security certainty promotes the formation of security values,and security uncertainty opens up the scope of security values.From the point of view of certainty and uncertainty,the security values can be divided into three dimensions: individual,social and uncertain.The individual security dimension and the social security dimension are determined by safety as the value orientation,the uncertainty is the obstacle,but the individual security dimension is placed at the center of safety consideration,highlighting the individual’s need for security,the attitude rejection and denial of risk,advocates the use of technical means to control and eliminate the risk,while the social security dimension regards the society as the core of safety judgment,emphasizes the meaning of social security,highlights the complexity of human risk,advocates strengthening the social governance and response to human risk.The uncertainty security dimension takes the nolinearity and uncertainty of security growth as the focus,value orientation is the security uncertainty,thinks that security is dynamic,takes uncertainty as the root of development,studies the complexity of man-made risk,and studies the value of uncertainty security from the perspective of risk prevention and control.However,neither the defined nor the uncertain security values are permanent and static,and therefore govern them on the basis of three dimensions.Establishing the security values of fairness and justice from the individual point of view,strengthening the mediation of security risk conflict sympathies from the social point of view,adjusting the culture of appropriate risk from the angle of uncertainty,focusing on the action of risk consciousness and risk responsibility,and advocating the dialectic between controllable,measurable and trusting,experience and intuition of risk.
